Ordered on Deliveroo food was overpriced for the portions and some tasteless others not very nice tasting had the wrong sauces in the order and no cutlery even though it was specified. Not a place you would want to eat personally.

A solid 7.5/10.Quite the fun American restaurant.-That huge burger was the one with a huge fried patty, 2 hash browns and others. Sounds nice and it was. However, the chicken didn't have much flavour other than that it was fried.-I love the 'snickers in a twist' milkshake. Snickers, caramel shake that was very nice. Maybe it was just my taste buds being weird, but I think it was a bit alcoholic.-'Dirty fries' - fries with lettuce, Bardon lardons & mayo - Very nice-Beef sancho (i believe) : the sandwiches I also had. Chopped beef with jalapeños, peppers, sauce and others. Quite alright, but the jalapeños (once more) were the only thing that gave it true flavour.-Chicken wings are really a hit and miss. The ones that came in a tray, and had the smell of soy sauce (one of my friends ordered) actually tasted quite bad I'll be honest.

This place is far too expensive now and the ordering is very confusing and overcomplicated. It would be better if they take your order at the table in person. The price of wine, for the small amount you get, was quite high. The food was good though and we did enjoy the meal.

March 2024A quiet Monday night, dining by myself while working away from home. The waiter was attentive and helpful, so 4 starts for the service. The atmosphere was quiet, but it was a Monday evening in the middle of the month. So 3 stars for that. The thing that let the side down was the food. I had a couple of the small starters and then a burger with some loaded fries. I've got a big appetite and I couldn't finish the fries so maybe I should have just had one of the starters or not even bothered. So no problem on the portion size. The thing that was good was the burgers being offered medium rare. The waiter checked if I wanted anything different. So I asked for medium to well done. That should have been a warning. Minced beef should always be well done. I've suffered for that mistake overnight and still feeling the effects the following morning. Maybe it wasn't the burger, maybe it was the meatball starter. Either way, I haven't felt good, hence the low rating.

Would definitely go back! Food was delicious. Service superb. Restaurant clean inc toilets. Great variety of burgers, which were cooked beautifully. Only criticism is that the menu needs to be more explanatory. E.g. dirty fries??? Doesn't tell you what that means. Otherwise if you've never been it's defo worth a visit.

Ordered via Deliveroo - the food came in a timely manner and Nicely presented/packaged however the chips were freezing cold which was sad because they were my favourite part of my order. Ordered the portswood poutine fries which tasted amazing! The beef gravy is a surprising treat! strongly recommend these.I also had the Prince Charles is overrated burger. It was uncomfortably salty (unsure if it was the beef, the pickles or the bacon) either way it was difficult to eat.

Meh. Burgers tasty but you'll be needing to add on to make it a meal. The fries menu promises all for your £7 / £8 pound extra chips tax, but delivers cheap frozen chips made in dirty oil with a handful of some topping or other. The chicken tenders tasted OK but again that dirty fryer made an appearance. We went early on a week day pre-theater bur still had to wave at staff to get their attention, as did the one other table. We attempted gaving 7bone a try once before but waited so long to be noticed at the door (similarly un-busy), that we gave up. Not going to be a third.

Been meaning to go here for ages . The other day, myself and my partner went on the off chance and it was quiet so we got a table straight away. This is where it all went wrong. The young lad came over to take our order, I placed the drinks, burger and fries order, he then asks me what fries again, and also what drinks again. He actually asked me 4 times what drinks and what fries we wanted and at that point we walked out as I might as well talk to a wall. I cannot tell you what the food is like as I never got that far,
Visited today with the family, absolutely loved it. Proper burgers and dirty, oh so dirty, fries all the way to the bottom.Very polite and friendly staff, understanding of our younger lads effort to redecorate the booth with milkshake.Generous portion sizes, good selection of drinks. Fair price. Perfect little place for a family lunch/dinner.

Personally, I love a dirty burger with dirty fries and onion straws. So this place does it for me. Tasty burger. Plenty of fries nicely dirtied up. Spot on.

Pleasantly surprised! It feels very american diner vibes. There are so many options on the menu, even for vegans which is nice. You can order online, I got the truffle and mayo burger which was nice, then got the curry fries which were really good. Service was speedy and it was a good atmosphere. Overall will go back!
