rubbish as most of the electrical charging stations: incredibly short leads (your car has to climb the charging station to reach). you can't use your credit card/debit card, you must have BP app. when you download the app and add credit card, then a debit card, then another debit card, .. it won't work... when you call the customer service, they tell you that the card must be valid until 2027 (we arr 2023) so cards valid till 2024 or 2025 or even 2026 won't be accepted. and guess what's the cherry ? I have a card valid 2027 .. but because it is a credit card not a debit then it won't work either ... so welcome the future of electrical charging .. amazing

I visited it at a busy time and ended up receiving a parking ticket. I was outraged receiving it in the post a week later.Park wisely. And complete your overpriced purchases within 10 minutes

I thought I'd give it another go on BP Failfaster charging. They achieved what I thought to be impossible. They have a shiny new machine and it fails even quicker than the old ones. Hats off to the big oil company who bought up a charging network and broke it. Some might say that's what they wanted. Well I do anyway. BP can't make the same sort of profit by providing electric. The more people buying EVs the quicker their profit vanishes. Ask EV owners what the biggest barrier to ownership is and it's charging infrastructure. The UK should just levy the oil companies for as long as they are selling oils, and build a public network, maintained locally and cost the same as home charging. Then EV adoption will take off properly.

I haved used this station regularly for the last six months. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Site is clean and run professionally. M and S food is good. Good coffees etc too. I look forward to coming everytime. Thankyou.

Filled up fuel for £15.09p was in rush paid with contactless and didn’t check the amount.Later I seen transaction of £50.01p taken from bank. Went back to the garage and asked for refund. Manager wasn’t apologetic at all. Be careful people check the amount before you pay.

I also got fine today for overstaying while car washing , vaccum and air filling in this station. Allowed just 30 mints and what we do for that time peroid. To get the car washing ticket to take 5 minutes time , washing take 20 minutes time , vaccum takes 5 minutes , air filling takes 5 minutes time and what i do for filling the fuel . It is actually a very bad experience .Better to put the car washing section outside the station. All other stations will allow maximum 2 hr of stay. We are not just park the car-in the pump we are using the pump facilities .
Without commenting on fuel prices, this is a fairly well-appointed petrol station. It's got a pretty decent shop, a coffee place and bakers, a car wash (manual high-pressure hose), air/water, and a little car park. Oh, it's got petrol and stuff too

Would give them 0 for the experience. while buying diesel and using car wash I was fined for "overstaying". After making complain none was resolved as I meet angry response from management and company who's managing their parking. Avoid

RUBBISH CAR WASH! Worst ever jet wash I ever used! Very complicated machine. Doesn't accept card or coins so you have to queue with all the people in the garage just to get this code from the till. Then you can't just drive through the fuel station but have to get back to main road and turn to the garage again.Machine itself is complete joke. No instructions on how this works whatsoever. I bought gold wash but machine doesn't allow you to choose program (brush, wax or jet). It's just decide on its own what you will have to use. No timer on it as well so you don't know how much time left to wash your car! I ended up with half of my car foamed and machine stopped. I went to the till for advice and basically was blamed for wrong use of it. I told assistant several times how I suppose to know if there's no instructions on it at all! Ended up having refund and had to drive half soaking chemicals from my car to other garage for proper wash.

Good afternoon. I have bad experience on this station, I'm always filling up my car there and everything is fine. But in 3of November i was went to wash my car, i parked on parking close to hoovering place for 6 or 7 minutes to get a code for jett wash, and yesterday I get a letter for parking charge ,it's saying I parked 45 minutes, but that time I was on jet wash and hoovering my car,.it's little bit strange you went there to wash car and get extra charge for parking. What's is going on.

In this gas station it is stolen, when you go to put gas and the money is turned on for a few seconds they go up but my car does not get gas. When my husband went to tell the workers about it, none of them said anything about it.
