Staffs were very friendly and the food served was hot. I liked the way the staff and the manager cared about the customers and the overall dining experience with the music was very much ambient. The Female Manager was very polite and always smiled.

Service pooring. Manger female and a staff both girls unprofessional and rude. Laughing and messing about and laugh at customers. One wipe her face and nose without gloves or washing them after. Manger female thought it was funny .. typical outsides from this uk town. Won't be back.

Such a bad experience.They had wrong prices for the same meals advertised on 2 different boards, and there was no signs or messages on the walls to say that normal mayonnaise you now need to pay for.When we confronted the guy and the lady they said no you have to pay!!The food was cold, we spent £25.40 for two meals which we did not finish!Such an unprofessional and unorganised place

Usually, I'm very impressed with Burger King, but I'm incredibly disappointed on this occasion. I ordered 20 Chicken Nuggets but was instead given 20 Chilli Cheese Bites. I don't like cheese, so I can't eat these, not to mention it's not what I ordered. As a result, I had to place a new order to receive the nuggets I paid for, costing me, the customer, more money because of their mistake.
