“Perfectly located in the absence of a reliable cafe in proximity to the Racecourse, I enjoyed a fabulous coffee, glazed sausage roll (omg!) and a peanut butter traybake of some kind, not for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious, AND served with a smile. “Just to say thank you to the lovely young staff on duty in Costa M1 services J15a North bound on the afternoon of September 7th. Very pleasant chat while taking our order and making the drinks. I accidentally knocked my medium latte all over the place before taking a sip ? they came straight over to clean it up and replaced it at no extra cost saying it was no trouble. Excellent service and much appreciated ? bit different to the appalling attitude of a young lady who served us going south at another services - no customer service skills whatsoever. Assumed we were taking drinks out and rolled her eyes when we said we’d like proper cups as we were sitting in ?‍♀️”
