No wi-fi, no points. I can accept that but to allow me to purchase coffee without telling me prior that you don't have any brown sugar, no white sugar only sweetener? That's not a good Greggs experience. Don't serve drinks if you can't do it properly or at least inform us that your reordering of stock skills are in the sub zero department. Luckily Subway was kind enough to save the day. Should really have gone to Subway to begin with.

Went to the store for breakfast and it was Closed. A sign on the door saying our ovens are baking at Moulton park. This store really has gone down hill. Half the staff are useless and unfriendly. I think maybe a new manager is called for.

Always nice have a bacon roll start the morning or a steak bake at lunch always something nice choose from
On Monday I ordered two hash browns, an old female staff member gave me the hash browns using red tongs which I am aware is used on meat products!! I ordered them because I’m vegan, I’m absolutely disgusted and outraged!! I won’t be coming here again and have let my friends know about this!!

I visit Greggs often in Kingsthorpe and would like to say how friendly Ellie and Tina are and have excellent customer service and always work so hard to serve customers and also keep up with deliveries ? in same time ? well done girls ? I would give 10 stars if I could ✌️

Bad customer experience, I stood for over 5 min and asked all 3 of them for service, none of the 3 members even cared to atleast take notice. An old man, a lady, and a man as staff in the morning now.
