As someone from Kerala, I had one of the best Kerala food experience in UK from Kerala Hut Northhampton. I do need to mention about Muhsin, who was absolutely amazing, not only he was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu he went above and beyond in helping me out with a personal request which he didn't have to. As an Hotelier, I strongly believe people makes the biggest difference and Muhsin is definitely one of the people who makes that difference. Thank you so much for the amazing food and impeccable service.

had a takeaway from here on monday 27/11/23, we ordered 2 chicken dun biryanis. god only knows what they sent us; it was cold white rice, lots of chicken bones, a pot of possibly mayonnaise and a small pot of possibly chutney. this is probably the worst meal i have ever had the misfortune to be charged £20 for! there was no vegetable curry, normally a staple of biryanis. we ordered through just eat and it was delivered by ubereats, are these the same company now? the review has 1 star because it wont let me give no stars, truly an embarrassing meal, fit only for the bin, which is where 90% of it ended up!

Today we dined at 'Kerala Hut' on my way back to home from London. Located on the high street, there are ample parking options, whether on the roadside or in a nearby parking lot. The ambiance is pleasant, clean, and tidy. The food at Kerala Hut was quite decent, and I must say, I was not disappointed. If you're craving authentic Kerala cuisine, this place is worth a visit. I highly recommend trying their beef dry fry and mutton dum biryani; they were outstanding. However, the Chatti Choru didn't quite live up to the hype, but it still offered a decent taste.

Nice place to eat Kerala food with it’s own traditional flavor. Not expensive and good taste is well. Good service.

The staff were patient answered the million questions I have because I wasn't sure what food to order, just one entrance and no windows...this gave me a native hut feel, and the food was nice.Parking: Road side/street parking

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at this very authentic restaurant. The vegetable curry was very tasty as were the chicken dishes. Lovely rice and bread all washed down with some Kingfisher lager. This restaurant has a different feel to it from your average Indian restaurant. It’s very popular with people who know and appreciate dishes from Southern India. Friendly, hardworking staff and a genuine, local atmosphere. Definitely somewhere we will come to again.
We went on Kerala hut on 08/07 food was excellent. But customer service was poor. They even not paying attention to the customer. We call the staff for extra orders, they didn't give attention, then we raised our hand more than three times they neglected. My son spilled water on the table Infront of a staff they don't gave attention to that. l cleaned the place ( I don't mind to clean that, but at least they can give us some tissue or towels). There is no manager to manage restaurant. Again food was excellent!!!Thanks for the Chef.

The taste of the food is authentic Malayali food. However, they do not have many seafood options. The ambience in the restaurant has improved over time. However the toilets are very congested and cleanliness in the toilets are not up to scratch. The last time we visited the men's toilet was out of order and the women's toilet became a common toilet. Very uncomfortable experience.Overall, the service has dipped over the last 6 months.
