Service can be slow at times. Hard to find parking in front but available on nearby streets. Food is fine but occasionally got items with too much oil. Overall , still visiting the place due to limited options available nearby.

Worst KFC in the area, totally disinterested in providing any kind of service, zero orders bar mine and they just standing around chatting then after about 7 minutes proceed to make my order, disgusting food that’s cold because they are cooking it all early so they don’t have to clean

Absolutely nonsense, the staff made me wait over 35 minutes l just a budget Bucket. I tried to ask but they kept on saying not yet and getting ignored. Everyone with the same order who came after me, kids, older folks name them all were served. Until one of them decided to use the brain ?, they pretended to feel "sorry"and gave me the order. I looked at myself & said, well I can only I do. It's alright.

Its KFC , not a lot to really say other than that the food is fresh hot and tasty.Staff are polite and the wait time is reasonable.

Went in for a "quick" takeaway around 8pm on a Friday and we had to wait over 15 minutes for just 6 pieces of chicken and chips. Not busy, just lots of delivery order pick ups taking priority by the looks of it. But no communication it might be a wait so just stood there left wondering what's going on! Then get 5 chicken legs and only 1 thigh piece. Absolute joke.

I had a little problem with my app, but the manager went beyond the mile and helped me sorting it out.Great hot food, clean restaurant and nice ambience on this quiet restaurant at this time.Thank you crew.I do recommend this restaurant. Never know staff so rude and when ordering it seemed to be such a hassle.if i could give the staff a minus it certainly would be and its not the first time my wife said the same 2weeks earlier,but thought we would give it a second go wish we hadn't .will never use this restaurant again.

I ordered a fillet burger meal, not a difficult order. When a bag arrived at the counter it was shouted as a tower burger. Not what I ordered. I was looked at by the server and advised this was mine. I provided the receipt and confired that was not what I ordered but was told: Oh darling, this is what you oredered and was then advised it was a fillet burger as though I was stupid. I wish I had opened the box at the counter to check as when I got home it was a tower burger smothered in chesse, ketchup and the wettest hash brown in history, not my order, not edible for me as I have intollerances to the cheese and sugar in the sause so overall really disappointed and will not be going back.

Well thank you Kentucky Kingsthorpe for ruining my day. Had takeaway from there yesterday 26th August 1 hour after eating it started to feel sick. Today, the day of my Grandsons christening i am unable to attend due to food poisoning. The only food i ate yesterday was from your shop & the day before i ate the same meals as my husband & he is fine. The food was dry & had been in the oven. Thank goodness i only had a few bites before putting it in the bin absolute waste of money & spoilt my special day for my Grandsons christening. Never ever again!

Ordered a 10 piece sharing bucket deal and a popcorn on 25/08/23 evening. Very salty chicken with a burned taste . Although I ate kfc many times from many places in the UK , this was the worse and staff appeared very busy and not even talking to customers
