I personally do not agree with national chains offering halal food restricting options for those not wanting it.\\n\\nService isn't amazing as the customer interaction is minimal. They don't bring to the table even so not so good for those less mobile.\\n\\nThere are no checks on parking either and they are content to allow anyone to park in a blue badge bay so, overall, they may appeal to those with certain religious requirements but have zero care for the less able.\\n\\nOn the food front, it was actually good and tasted fresh.\\n\\nSadly, minimal extras added so customers had to collect any napkins, salt and so on. No option for wet wipes for greasy fingers though.\\n\\nOverall I felt they concentrate too much on religion to attract custom and not enough on the actual customers when they get them.

It's KFC what can you say is what you expect tasty chicken, but this KFC has the widest selection in Northampton. The atmosphere is lacking but then I don't expect much from a fast food place. Lost a star on the food as we were given the wrong drink on our order and there isn't much fizz to the fizzy drinks. All that said will be going back as I love the zinger burgers.

Literally stopped us from eating in and told us we have to take away because they have cleaned the place at 9:00!!! They close at 11:30! Their machines let us order to eat in. The app let us order to eat in and they wanna save time and clean up early and not let people eat in!\\nWe travelled from Milton Keynes. By the time we got back because we can’t eat in, our food was cold. £40 order all cold. KFC should really be better than this. Ruined the whole experience

This place is situated in what can only be described as a dump...the car park and general appearance is shabby and it gets no better upon entering.\\nThe staff were too busy chatting with each other and you felt they did not care about the food or service at all.\\nThe food was hot though and well cooked can not fault that ..but overall I would not go back and I love a kfc as much as the next person.\\nShabby.

Got a parking ticket of £60 i never new u had a time limit at a dine in place before? Apparently we were 15 minutes over the hour mark since when do u get a parking ticket when your at an eat in establishment? If we never waited 15 plus minutes for our food we would of been gone...this is disgusting.

Absolute rank !\\nBeen on a course all day thought I’d treat myself to a KFC as it’d been a while …. Big mistake….drive through …. ordered fillet burger meal, drive to window and distinctively ask “Can I have ketchup and mayonnaise please”\\nDrive off , opens meal , No sauce ! No mayo!!!! not even a sachet of salt or a serviette!!!! Both fillet burger and fries stone cold !!!!\\nNever again , this isn’t the first time either !\\nDefinitely won’t be returning!

Overcharged compared to menu price, chips were cold and undercooked, the coating was next to non existent on the chicken, absolutely shocking! Will never return.

This is the worst KFC in Northampton. It used to be one the best kFC in Northampton but they have been declining for the last couple of years. I paid £7 for burger, chips and drink. The picture showing here is the full portion chips. Look how small it is. It's not even worth it a £.50.

We come here regularly and find the food to be fine and the staff are lovely. However, the air-con isn't working and hasn't been working for YEARS. You need to sort this urgently in this really hot weather. The staff are clearly suffering.

Excellent taste and all halal. Service is quick too. Seating available both indoor and outdoor. Only bit of a complain is the temperature gets bit warm inside and there's no air conditioning. The food itself is awesome and we always come here whenever we crave for KFC. :)
Don't go there!!!Worst quality of KFC ever eaten. Chicken was simply fried without any KFC recipe coating.Air con not working while it's 30 degree outside.Dirtiest toilets!!!... Shame on KFC for this franchise.When i spoke with the person in charge, he simply said 'sorry for inconvenience', no effort to rectify or offer a better customer experience.

Actually KFC has slipped in my opinion. Yeah you get what what expect..... Fried chicken, but the food feels thrown together and portion size of the chips has shrunk so much, seasoning was way too salty and hot wings were more like soft wings. Now I remember why KFC isn't a regular on my takeaway list..... Would have been better off getting fried chicken from a cheaper kebab house.
