They were really good for such a long time but our last order was very disappointing (placed on the 5th of November) … from poor quality of food to re-heated chips it looks like they were cutting the corners on this occasionHouse special Chow main- normal noodles with very little meat on top dry and overcooked.House special very greasy and overcooked.Chips were awful. The food arrived in 15 minutes after placing the order as I do appreciate the speed it appears that our order was just re-heated left overs.

Sat night order so they were busy waited extra 15 mins from they said it would be ready. My wife is vegetarian and allergic to mushrooms… so order veg curry no mushrooms … prob is we got an onion curry … literally 85% onion, and a few green pepper slices , a few peas a thin slice of carrot and 1 baby sweet corn.Biggest issue though was the 8 inch hair I pulled out of my pork curry as soon as I plated and started eating. The pork was very fatty too.So all in all not good…Called them and explained the issues, sounded sympathetic …but offered only a replacement pork curry!I would expect a full refund on the cost of the meal as it was very poor overall.Let’s see how it goes next time ?

First time ordering from lucky house and won’t be the last . Ordered off of the website was easy to order and they have pictures of the food so you know what you’re getting. Best Chinese we have had for years food arrived quicker than advised. Was hot and delicious. Kids loved the fortune cookies.

First time eating here and wasn’t impressed. Duck curry had lots of skin and fat in it, chicken satay had been put in the microwave, satay sauce tastes nothing like a peanut sauce. Singapore noodles was missing the shrimp. Not the greatest Chinese unfortunately.

Nothing wrong with the food but our delivery took 2 hours! We were told on ordering it would take 1. When we rang to chase it we were told their delivery cars were all over and they couldn’t tell us when we’d get our food
