Ordered via web, did not get confirm mail. Waited till specified delivery time and when did not arrive tried to contact them no answer. Went to store and was advised order had not been placed. So asked to order and was told it would be at least an hour and collection only as they were short on drivers.

Very bland and dry pizza, burnt garlicbread tasted terrible worst pizza I’ve had a in my whole life, never returning here again would give a 0 if had an option ???

Terrible service. Ordered delivery online .. then received email saying the order had been cancelled and to contact the local pizza hut. Called repeatedly with no answer. Decided to drive other whilst still calling. Eventually my call was picked up. I asked if it was possible to order a pizza and was told "No drivers!" and the phone slammed down on me. I arrived at pizza hut Brackmills. No other customers were in there. Staff member ignored me for ten minutes while he argued with someone on the phone then he continued to prepare orders whilst seeing me standing there. He eventually walked over and asked if i had ordered online? By now a queue had formed behind me. I explained that i had tried to order online but it had been cancelled. He seemed completely disinterested. I asked if i could order some pizza and he said it would be a hour to wait !? I said no thank and left. Passed Dominoes on the way home. Excellent service, organised team, well managed and gave me my order within 15 minutes. Much better..

Tracker said food had arrived. Rung branch who told me to ignore the tracker. Food arrived over an hour later and was stone cold. Branch would not Anwser my calls. Will never use this branch again. Trust me save your money and by hot food from a proper takeaway these muppets are just thieves and cowboys.

When I called to find out where my order was, after it was 15 minutes late for the predicted delivery time, the manager said we are short of drivers and then encouraged to make a big complaint to head office because he might get some more drivers that way.
At least the delivery guy apologised.
Terrible customer service, terrible delivery as it was 55 minutes late and goddamned awful food.
Domino’s next time I think!!!

Ordered a pizza to arrive at 8:15 when I rang at 8:40 and questioned whether the pizza was out for delivery I experienced incredibly poor customer service. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me telling me to wait a bit longer. Will not be ordering again. Pizza has arrived cold and 40 minutes late.

Nothing but positive things to say about this branch! They originally made a small error on our order and were very quick to put this right with no issues.The food here tastes fresh, collected on time and it was ready, piping hot and tasted absolute perfect and freshA gentleman named Bipin working on the day was very helpful, went above and beyond to help and their service has created a loyal customer for sure.

Always loved pizza hut but unfortunately this branch is terrible, delivery is always really late and pizza almost always cold as they send the delivery with multiple others, had pizzas missing half their toppings a few times aswell. Never had an issue with the sj James branch but of course we can't chose which branch we want it from when ordering.

Ordered 6 pizzas for my tream at work. They were very busy and gave a 60 minute delivery time. 60 minutes came and went so I called the branch at Brackmills northampton to find out they had delivered to the wrong place. A refund was refused and I was told another delivery couldn't be made for 90 minutes. I couldn't accept this, we wouldn't be there to accept the pizza. 10 minutes later 5 of our 6 pizzas arrived battered, cold and inedible. Only conclusion, they retrieved the pizza minus one from wrong address. Totally dangerous in pandemic. Contacted their head 9ffice, after 2 weeks was told the delivery was made and therefore no refund. Totally astonished a company like this would operate in such a way. I will not risk my money or my health again.
