Where do I start? I have to say the 2 staff that helped us were good but it was one of those nights where everything just went wrong. We bought £100 worth of game cards, for machines that kept taking the money but wouldn’t work.. some apparently with additional buttons (no signs), and will continue to take credit. We ended up complaining, after lots of back and forth and just giving the cards back.We were given 3 races upstairs as as an apology but was booted off after 1 for ‘people that have paid’, which naturally annoyed the whole party who was out for a birthday. By this point I think everyone just gave up and ended up at the bar. Service was good, but the drinks weren’t good at all! Some of the spirits didn’t taste like what they should’ve been - vodka and southern comfort in particular. We didn’t eat, so can’t rate the food but in all not a great experience. It felt like an absolute rip off honestly.

We came for the brunch option today and it was great. The pizzas were hot and fresh, with a quick service considering they are a meter long! There was a great choice of drinks for both alcohol and non-alcohol brunch options.Staff were so friendly; thank you especially to Adam and Jo for being so helpful. The choice of games is great too - we will definitely be coming back for another brunch as it is great value for money. Thank you all!

Very nice pizza but the place stunk of cigarettes as they have smoke area doors wide open with staff smoking less than 1 feet away from the door. We was asked to move tables to be away from smell of cigarettes. This is unacceptable as this is not good for food hygiene or public health. Do not take your kids to this place. Electrical hazards in the bathroom with lights hanging low with exposed wires and other electrical hazards. Reported this place to the environmental health food safety.

Went for bottomless brunch and hands down it was the best one we have been to. Value for money!! . The hospitality we received from the general manager Jo was above and beyond! The pizza was fabulous and the cocktails were epic ! Such a great atmosphere at the Playhouse. Jo really made our brunch one to remember for us and we can’t thank her enough

We went for brunch and had a great afternoon. The pizza was lovely and freshly cooked and the cocktails were great too. Jo was so friendly and ensured we had the best time. Shot limbo was an added bonus! We loved the games and photo booth too!

The place has a great design and atmosphere and I love the old arcade games and the new car race upstairs. Its a shame that the guitar hero did not work, but maybe next time. 3 of us tried the 1 meter pizza challenge and oh boy... We got 45 minutes, the record breaker on the wall of fame done it under 15 minutes... We took 2 pepperoni pizzas, because it taste great and a sausage one. After 15 minutes and more than half way done it become a reality, that it is a challenge for a reason :D The pepperoni became quite spicy and oily at the end, and I can tell that I won't crave any pizza in the near future! The 1 meter pizza is definitely not a one man job, but our youngest padawan did complete the challenge and finished the sausage pizza in 44minutes, and the 2 masters left baffled. I will definitely try all of the other pizza selection to see which one I can complete the challenge next time :)

I won’t lie my expectations were low being a bottomless brunch, however this place was bloody brilliant. Went there yesterday for a work do. Bottomless brunch was amazing the pizzas were lovely and the cocktails were great on top of all the nostalgic arcade games we all had a fab time.

I have been a few times now. The pizza is amazing and a great variety of cocktails. Watermelon baller is my personal favourite. The staff are great too, every night out in Northampton I come here for a drink and pizza

Some lovely staff. Some rude staff. Delicious pizzas. Adam is a legend. Lack of organisation. Long wait time before first drink and was really thirsty.
