Quiet, fast service. Nice food. We sat in. I had cheese salad 6" sub and my husband had tuna one. Cookies there are really yummy.

It took 10 minutes for them to make one festive sandwich. There were two people in front of me and they ordered one sandwich each. Twice the lady made me wait while she completed an online order. After 10 minutes I paid and will never go back to that subway again. I know it was more than ten minutes because I timed it using their clock above the till.

I have visited this Subway for over a year now and I have decided to leave a 5 star review as the service is amazing and food quality is great.I have the chicken salad every time I visit, I always receive quick friendly service from the team.

Got the orders totally wrong, put cheese on a ham sub after I'd already said no but just took it off and put it back. Used the same gloves for the meat sub as well as the veggie, had to ask them to be changed. The salad fillings are mixed up, didnt ask for jalapeños or sweetcorn but had some in the sub. Worrying for those with allergies or intolerances. Riverside store is usually very good but the service has definitely slipped.Vegetarian options: The veggie options are good. Just concerning that items are taken off and put back, like my order. The next person who has cheese might not eat meat through religion or moral and it's been contaminated.
Everything thing here was excellent if I was to nit pick the only thing they could improve on was wiping down the tables but it was extremely busy and when we asked they came over straight the staff are so polite and friendly and the food is good

Please change ur till staff. The gentleman who takes orders I’m waiting him for abt five minutes. No greeting didn’t ask me to take any orders. I was standing in front of him try to order sth. No customer service skills. Get a life somewhere apart from retail stores pls. Ruin ur brand.
