I went to get a quick sub this evening and the customer service was abysmal! Looked like 1 boy trying to run the shop. No greeting, very slow, I think he was high he looked so spaced. No selection hadn't replenished the stock, even the payment was wrong but I just wanted to get out of there. I've never left a review like this but this should be reviewed.

Advertising the new pizza sub, but stopped doing it? Wth? Then why are they advertising it?\\n\\nCleanliness an issue here, tables aren’t cleaned, rubbish all around on floor.\\n\\nGuy who was serving me smelled of bio, got a whiff over the counter. Very slow service.\\n\\nAll needs sorting out.\\n\\nWellingborough Road is a prime location.

The Subway I visited is open later than some of the other sites, and this is why I went to this place. The food was very good, and price was reasonable for the things that I had.

I ordered from Deliveroo for myself and my daughter. I DID NOT receive all the items I paid for, even though I asked the guy specifically if said items were in there; I tried calling the store and the phone does not connect through. And then Deliveroo said they will be in contact with me in 48 hours. I’m not happy that I have paid for things that never arrived, and can’t get ahold of anyone to get them to correct it. Money lost!

Probably one of the quieter subways, staff are always friendly and usually make a pretty decent sub.

No salads alowed for breakfast deal. Very bad. Extra charge 50p for salads. Will not come back
