My wife said don't come here because the reviews were bad. Wish I had listened, we were hungry and the nearest was much further. I love Subway normally, never had a bad one. This was about to change.. First thing I noticed, the lettuce compartment was filled with frozen, wilted lettuce and random other items, as were other compartments. I had to point this out. The tomatoes had a white glaze on them, overchilled presumably, and one end piece was dirty. I was hoping they didn't pick that. All our subs had too much sauce, literally drenched. My sub was overfilled and so oversauced it was an avalanche of wet creamy salad falling out of the wrap. Made me feel a bit nauseous. I watched her make it, the server put filling on both halves and expected it to close. They completely forgot my son's order and had to point this out as they had moved on to the next customers. They forgot he didn't want teriyaki in his Emporer so he was not happy. No Iced Tea here but hey ho that's the least of their problems. Do yourself a favour and get a sandwich from Asda next door.

Claims to open at 8am, but I'm told the food is not ready yet, or no one is around yet can hear staff hanging around in the back. What's the point in having a breakfast menu if no-one can order it?

I don't often go to Subway, but there wasn't much else around... Anyway, the lady who carefully prepared my 6" Roast Chicken Sandwich was just really nice, polite and professional. She made by far The Best Subway Sandwich I've ever had.She turned what would have been, a slightly depressing sandwich at a service station, into a genuinely pleasant experience.I didn't catch her name, but she looked just like Joanne Froggatt, of Downtown Abbey fame.17:30, Wednesday, 8th Feb, 2023.

Rude, Dirty and will never go there again.No one at the till, was shouting for attention for 10minutes, finally comes out and says you have to wait.Not a short wait but for 20minutes.The place was dirty. Their sales board was very visible, good to know the target is 70% gross profit. Maybe focus less on profit and more on customer service.P.s. to the person if you don't like your job maybe look for another one.

This place has predominantly changed my view on the way staff should treat customers, the food as it has allways been top tier I've been twice now and both times it has been my best experience with subway. I had a wonderful chat with the staff member his name is James, we spoke about rectangles and square, pizza and sandwiches. An honestly fun experience, I would 100% go again.P.s if your reading this James we should protest for you not pizza

Absolutely appalled - went in and stood at the counter for a few minutes before the one sole employee came out from the back and said, rudely, “I’m on break”. When asked for how long “20 minutes” and into the back he went. No cover (at lunchtime on a Saturday!!) or anyone else there so no lunch.
