Fabulous cup of coffee, delicious gluten free cakes and a sausage roll that will make you smile.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cake, for the wife. So good the kids had to have one each.

Went for breakfast with my daughter. Contents (eggs / bacon) were ok but bread was stale. Coffee (black Americano) was VERY weak for my taste. Downstairs room was quite cold. Pity because ambiance was very pleasant.

Great place for good coffee and great hot chocolate. Dog friendly outside only, which is the only shame as the colder wet months draw in.

Very cozy and welcoming little coffee shop with some seating inside and a few chairs outside to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

Great service and the sandwiches are amazing. Get the BLT with sausages with sweet chilli thank me later?

You must come here and have one of their home made sausage rolls. It will not disappoint and it’s the best I’ve had! The coffees are also perfect using locally roasted coffee beans but the service is really where they shine.

Had lunch here as my usual place Goodloaf was closed for week. Had thought it might give me another option for lunch but won’t be back. Coffee was lukewarm beans on toast was ok except two slices of toast with a few beans was served on a side plate not a normal sized plate which made it very difficult to eat without it spilling onto the floor!!!!

I love the wide range and variety of hot drinks for someone like myself who doesn’t drink coffee, wether it be turmeric, beetroot latte, chai latte, different hot chocolates and white chocolates to choose from oh and smoothies, iced drinks. Art, music and community is at the core. I walk in and feel transported to Soho/Shoreditch

Excellent coffee bar in an old grocery corner shop. Amazing Coffee, Breakfast and Cake items. Full of parkrunners on a Saturday morning. Highly recommended!

First time visiting - very friendly and fast service, delicious avadaco and egg on toast and lovely fresh coffee. Lots of milk alternatives too. Will definitely return.

Fabulous coffee, cakes, atmosphere! We live in Bedford but often visit Northampton and always pop in to The Old Grocery as well. Friendly, buzzy and love the Victorian houses in Colwyn Road to look at while outside having coffee! Well done guys?
