Too busy staff couldn’t cope. Both our glasses were dirty we didn’t receive cutlery. When someone eventually go around to taking our order it was just for the carvery and they rushed off we had to call them back as we wanted drinks and sharers. The queue for the carvery was insane. Watched another member of staff give away someone’s table. The meat was of very poor quality and quantity. The way the condiments were was very unhygienic. All in I left just as hungry and will not be back

Meat, Veg, Potatoes3 of us including my uncle who rarely complains about anything and is a carvery veteran.Had good experiences before but this was not good due to the cold food!Staff doing their best but understaffed and under pressureComplained online so they could rectify as to be honest a waste of good moneyTerrible response so re did the complaint and same response again with no phone call for what I consider a serious complaint.Not going to go through response as all you need to do is look at the negative section of feedback here and you will see responses are all pretty much the same to every one and quite frankly are just hiding behind words which is so annoying and I would bet if these people had also given their poor feedback direct to the company then they would have received the sameThe opportunity to offer to accept feedback good or bad should be embraced and used to rectify when a bad experience or thank when good for others to see.This is obviously just a "paper" exercise and these generic comments on negatives really do grate

Booked a table for a child’s birthday a month in advanced, tables were not put together for us despite having to wait to be seated over 20 minutes. Waitress would not assist with moving tables so we could all sit together. Several glasses very dirty, the floor in the restaurant and bar was filthy. Definitely not in a rush to go back to our local Toby, going downhill very quickly.
