Love this coffee shop. Homemade cakes too. Run by a lovely couple. Great service. Lovely food and a good price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very friendly, lovely home made lentil soup. Needs a crusty bread rather than soft bread though. Excellent, will visit again.

Shocking. We went in today to buy a couple of breakfast rolls to take away. A man came from the kitchen area and told my son and I we had to leave as we had Costa cups with us. Initially we thought he was joking but no, he was serious and repeated himself. We left without buying anything.

We regularly visit this cafe and have yet to have a bad meal. The owners have always made us really welcome. If you make them aware of anything that is not quite right they are happy to change or offer alternatives. Not that we have ever had to change anything.Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves their milkshakes.

The cafe was clean and homely and served amazing coffee but the food was below average (bacon undercooked and very fatty) I can make a better omelette ? overpriced and won’t be returning!

A warm welcome from kind staff; a beautiful layout without too many unnecessary frills. There was a good atmosphere, with diners clearly comfortable and enjoying their visit. All the meals on surrounding tables looked delicious and lovingly-cooked. Nothing too adventurous, but excellent quality and superbly cooked. I chose potato and leek soup - simply the best of the many I have sampled over the years. Whoever cooked it is a master of his craft - in fact this is the preparation of simple fayre elevated to a fine art. The soup supremo of Rushden is performing his magic spell right here!

Heaven on a plate every time! Food made with care, skill & love ✨️ The coffee is served with little homemade buttery biscuit! Great for veggie/vegans too.
Great little cafe with lovely atmosphere & tasty reasonably priced food! Both during the day or when they have there amazing Supper Clubs!

We had a lovely Christmas 3 course meal. Tasty homemade soup for starters, full Christmas spread for mains and a lovely homemade trifle for dessert. My wife had the vegetarian option and couldn't finish it as there was so much to eat.Lovely homely place to eat and relax. Kirstie and Robert are great hosts.

Staff are polite and friendlyBut food needs some helpWe missed breakfast so I had 2 bacon and egg baps wife had jacket potatoThe bacon was a disappointmentAs bacon cooked well done great but the fat rind was soggy and chewy - how you get perfectly cooked bacon meat but soggy rind beets me!The jacket was abit over firm needed longer to cookThe salad leaves needed a spruce up and limp black leaves atleast removed - slimy limp salad leaves are a disappointment!Sadly was our 1st experience since changing hands will be our last due to quality of food
