Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. People stand in the check out always rude and don’t help instead they chat and ignore customers completely. I stopped doing my weekly shopping there and if I’m forced to have to go I am always reminded why I don’t shop there anymore lol

Went to the store today to pick up a few bits. One of the worst shops I’ve ever been in a I will never go back there. It is expensive hidden prices and not got everything in there. Terrible shop

Order expected between 4pm-5pm.No communication to inform me of late arrival. I called numerous times to ask where my shopping was. Each time, I was told it would be with me within the hour.I was then told by the store (home order manager) my order was leaving the shop and, again, will be with me within an hour.An hour goes by, still no delivery. I call again, to be told its only just leaving the store due to packing issues (again, I had to contact them to find out this information).Gone 9pm- still no delivery. Was told the van had broken down. Requested a full refund and told I would receive an email confirmation of this- not received! The following day, I received an email to confirm that my order had been delivered! No items were delivered and money taken from account!Useless- no communication to let me know there was a delay or what was happening. 4-5 hours later- no shopping.Called again to request full refund. Call centre operatives showed no understanding or consideration.Has completely put me off online food shopping!

This store has a manger with a huge, unnecessary very bad attitude towards young mums!. My own daughter was reduced to tears when only simply asking to change her sons nappy in the baby changing unit, this was a few weeks ago.We rang head office whom appoligised and said they will have a word as I was not the first to complain.Today when in asda the same short, Asian lady ( whom shouted at this young couple with there son that she was the manager) as if she was on some kind of reality tv show!. She then went on to embarrass this poor couple, calling the young mother a batch and screamed for them to and I quote " leave HER store! " all because this young mum refused to chamge her son next to the tills infront of everybody! Her exact words were he doesn't understand!. This young couple was put through so much unnecessary stress just for asking to use the baby changing unit that is provided. This manager has no place in such a roll, head quarters a lovely man called Danny said he would have a word but these words do not seem to have any effect, she is clearly comfortable as she has clearly got away with this bad behaviour for far too long. This is not just the only lady that has this awful mindset towards these young parents, there is also another much older lady that also says she's a manager that seems to play some kind of tag team like attitude with her staff members. It's such a shame as my intire family used to enjoy shopping here, it only takes a few to ruin it for everyone. If your that worried about babies and toddlers having to be changed in your facilities and use it as an opportunity to embarrass parents when they ask, then why even have them in the first place?.

Mostly ok but often has long checkout queues, too many self service checkouts that are over staffed with 3 or 4 staff - never enough baskets available (tend to be hoarded by the self-service tills

Went in store to get a photo cake.Forgot to take the lead for my phone but no worries, the lady at the services had one for me to borrow, brilliant.Went to bakery where I asked an assistant if she knew how to operate the machine she said no but she would get someone who did. Brilliant.Another assistant came to help but couldn’t get the machine to work, she called for help & finally, I got the cake with photo on it.ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICETHANK YOU LADIES AT RUSHDEN STORE.

A medium sized store with plenty of stock. Sadly yet another branch that has stopped selling dvd's, games and music. Also, the CYO pizza section - who is the woman with the attitude on there - seems to think she's too important to dish out even basic level of customer services - and throws the pizza discuss style at your head. Sort it out.

Excellent parking accompanied by a massive range of goods

Their click and collect service is so slow, you can end up waiting for 20 minutes to simply pick up your parcel. You definitely need to improve this

Dear Asda I visited you to fill my petrol price was different on the street board and you charge a different price, yes it was more than shown on the board why do we always pay more why you don’t charge less hmmm, it's not only me it was a lot of people telling that so lovely staff take all details from all customers and said they will contact with all of us to repay different nothing happened until now, the conclusion is if I don't pay for your product you call me theft but if you overcharged people you still fine how that works!!!

I must say how rude I found the ladies behind the counter! Very abrupt and clearly lacking basic manners or customer service!

Received excellent customer service from Marika at Asda Rushden today. I wasn’t too sure what the actual name of the tommee tippee bottle warmer machine was and whether it was going to be at the right price. Despite a decision needing to be made about buying, she still went and made the effort to go and check round the back whether they had the product we needed at the clearance price. The product that was brought back was perfect for what we needed at the right price. Thank you so much Marika you’re amazing!

We went shopping in ASDA in Rushden, I was hungry so we went in for some food, The staff did not want to be there they were not helpful, The place was dirty floor, Tables and the windows and the sides where you get your milk, sugar, salt and pepper, And I did not want to be there, And I will not be going back
