Wouldn't even rate 1 star but had no choice, disgusting food , the onions and chicken was raw in the curry... the chicken balls not cooked properly and when called to explain, the owner was rude and obnoxious, telling us there is nothing they will do about it... and hung up. Disgusting customer service , if it won't for your customers you would be out of business , won't eat from here again

Been going years to this Chinese. Never ever again. Rang up to let them know I ordered large special chow mein but only got a small one. Met with total attitude. I only charged small she said without pausing for breath. . How can she remember from night before? It was too late to ring when I found out so I rang early next day.really disappointed with attitude and tone. Doesn't care about long standing customers who spend decent amount. Really really disgusted how I was treated.WILL STAY AWAY FOR EVER.

Delivery was decent however All 6 kids crying now only 5 pancakes for the duck so thanks for that no prawn dish wrong chicken dish no lucky cookies 70 quid order down the

The food arrived on time piping hot and delicious,our usual go to Chinese has increased prices dramatically so decided to try this and it didn’t disappoint!!! Huge portions and really tasty will definitely use again

First time customer but I will use them again. I was very impressed with the meals that I bought and I thought it was excellent value too.
Used Imperial garden a few times now, excellent food and good quick service. The lady behind the counter is always happy and very polite. This is a brilliant Chinese takeaway, will definitely be back ?
