When we come down to the lakes we tend to eat in Lago lounge, we have tried all the other restaurants but this has to be our favourite. Customer service is impeccable , staff always friendly and courteous and make you feel valued . Not had a bad meal in this restaurant, highly recommend and keep up the good

I brought 2 children here this evening and we all enjoyed food that we do not, or can not, have at home.The staff were attentive to our parental peculiarities, offering plastic cutlery and a high chair for the children. They are all always super friendly.Ordering from the online menu makes handling the pace of the meal and drinks easy and the process of squaring up with the bill is sorted out automatically with each payment; so there is no awkward waiting to pay at the end of the meal.

My wife’s birthday breakfast was ruined by finding a curly black hair under one of the toasted muffins. Staff refunded the affected dish but very disgusted and won’t be coming back.

Always, always a favourite!Really chatty, friendly staff today.This Lounge is always busy, even on weekday lunch times.I ordered my usual avocado toast and vanilla oat latte, delicious as always.Some great dogs in the restaurant today!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The cocktails, the food, the staff, dog friendly….. what more could you ask for? We love it!!! Every one is so lovely, we are made to feel so welcome with our dogs, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and we really love coming here… we’re in here so often they know our drinks order ??♥️?
