We had burger and chips. Unfortunately the burger was not the best. Tasteless. Good chips. Very, very busy

I had to ask the waitress to repeat her intro gabble, then ordering at the table failed three times at the payment stage (as per usual, they've never bothered addressing the issue, ever!). Stood at the bar to be ignored for several minutes until I was told to "go to the other end of the bar" and then "I'm serving someone else, you'll have to wait". Walked out and got the same order for £7 less from Jamaica Blue without any attitude.I used to enjoy the Lounges chain, but I won't be going back again.Vegetarian options: How come you would never offer meat to someone who told you they were vegan, but when I say I do not want vegan food you keep asking if I want it instead of what I'm actually asking for?

Had a small issue with my avocado being under ripe and rock hard.The staff member that I raised the issue to was so lovely about it and went out of their way to find me the best bit of avocado they could offer as a replacement!Every time I come here I love it!
It was SOOO good we didn't take any photos!Impeccable service, really friendly, chatty and relaxed team members, whatever you are doing you seem to be doing something right by your team!The decor, music choices and sound level, was all perfect for a comfy casual Sunday lunch out, for a catch-up with friends.Stunning food, seriously THE best salad I've ever had, with feta, beetroot, pomegranate, falafel etc - I need to try to replicate this myself and now tour all of your locations to keep enjoying.Thank you for the best lunch with my friend who loves locally in Rushden. I will see you again on my next trip to the area.Vegetarian options: Salads are not to missed!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options , healthy ones tooKid-friendliness: Lots of families and well behaved children were there, great that everyone is welcomeWheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy access and no steps. I didn't visit the bathrooms but didn't see any steps outside and looked fully accessible for all

Just waited 20 minutes for a pint of lager which costed over £6.One person serving on the bar, about 4/5 walking around waiting on a half full restaurant.I don’t mind the prices as long as it comes with the customer service that you’d hope to be paying for. Won’t be coming again.
