Really disappointed with our meal here. I understand service can be slow when busy, but I have never had to wait 40 minutes at a Nando’s for my food before! There was no signal or working wifi so the orders had to be placed at the till, there was only one member of staff taking orders and the queue was long. The scanner for the Nando’s card also wasn’t working so we missed out on a chilli. The food was ok, however I had some bone in my boneless chicken, and was unable to finish my meal as this made me feel uneasy (I have autism and sensory issues). Safe to say I don’t think I will be returning

Waited for nearly an hour and didn’t get our food till we brought it up to the staff. When we got the food our order was wrong and we received a medium spiced butterfly chicken burger when we ordered the burger plainish. We asked for a new one because it was too hot and the waiter told someone else who visibly wasn’t happy with the complaint.

This has been one of the best Nandinos I've been too. It's consistently good, very rarely have anything out of stock (although the ice machine is hit and miss) tables are always clean and service is fast.

We ordered the collection from Nando's Rushden Lakes on Christmas Eve for all my staff. There were 2 items missing and that has spoilt 2 people's dinner. There was Garlic Bread and Portuguese roll missing.There were not enough sauce sachets placed in the bad according to number of items ordered. Please check your order thoroughly when you order for delivery or collection.

Can't beat a cheeky nandos! I have been there many times and the food is always good quality and the staff are really attentive too. Even when it's busy the staff are good at organizing wait times and getting you seated.
