Having met my daughter for a spot of dinner I was very disappointed in your customer service. We ordered our food and waited and waited until my partner had to go and ask where our food was...we eventually got our food but the significant ingredients were missing I.e cheese sauce and bbq drizzle..had to go up yet again to ask for the cheese sauce which came eventually after we was told by the waitress that she had forgotten about it...certainly a lunch experience to remember!!

Bad experience . The tables were full of dirty plates etc. The food was awful . The poor staff were so busy. Definately not enough staff to manage this cafe . Greedy bosses understaffing on

After using the store and freezing ourselves inside, we fancied a hot coffee, but the machine was out of action. We then thought we could get coffees from the cafe to take away. We used the touch screen to order two coffees. No receipt was available. Queued up for coffee and lo and behold one of the two machines were out of action! Yes, you've guessed it, the other one also packed up. Oldish couple had reported it, but no one had attended. It was an absolute shambles as the queue got bigger. So, we decided to have two teas instead. That was a chore in itself. Back and forward finding the t bags, milk, etc. We were glad to get out of there. That's two Morrisons cafes we have used in the previous few months, and both were awful experiences.

First time visit to the cafe (Stamford). Ordered using the touch screen, it said I needed to collect my drink from the counter but actually just needed to find the tea bag, tea pot, hot water and sort it myself once I found someone to ask. No area for milk by the drink station so had to queue and ask for some (which many others were doing too) so might as well of ordered at the till. Was given a jug of milk that was dirty (looked like dried tomato) and the metal tea pots had seen better days. Eggs on toast were nice enough but how wrong could you get that, it was served quickly (I was still trying to get a simple pot of tea sorted). You get what you pay for I guess but won’t bother again.

Awful!!The results of minimal staff results in messy tables, shortage of clean cutlery and hot drink options and long waits to be served and the food arriving.Not worth the wait.

It used to be one of my favourite cafes before Covid in 2020 and was popular then with many customers. Now it is not what it was, closing early afternoon some days. I still go occasionally just for a cup of tea and a bun. It is the Lincoln road Peterborough I am talking about. At the weekend I might to their Stamford supermarket. It is better there, recovering somewhat after the Covid years.

Well Morrisons, used to use the cafe in Wellingborough quite a bit and never disappointed, but not in Stamford. Nice guy at the till, told him l was Ceolaic and vegi, he was also Ceolaic and vegi so understood the problem. Ordered the vegi breakfast, was told the hash browns where not gluten free so would give me an extra vegi sausage. Breakfast came with hash browns and no egg. I am now not sure if the bread was gluton free. So a waste of two hash browns since l had to leave them. On top of that l would have thought them could have given .me more than one mushroom and half a tomato and who ever thought of mashed avocado with a fried breakfast. So the only pleasure l got was a painful stomach. Never again. If l could have given you 0 l would have done.

0940 7/6/23 Shocking customer service at till, oldish female operator very rude and was a problem to take our money, breakfast arrived and was shocking!!! Fried bread that was harder than the table, bacon very stringy and fatty, I grilled tomato, beans pot outside covered in beans. Very very bad

This cafe is terrible. I had to sift through six cups before I found one without a scum line from previous users. The same with the cutlery. Five dirty knife and forks before finding a clean set. The staff were friendly. The only positive part of the experience

My daughter had an all day breakfast which was hot and cooked well. I had a tasteless salmon sandwich which had really thick slices of cucumber.When we got to the drinks station the horrible smell hit you,the lady said it was bleach!!! No way it was something rotting!! .
