We had a delicious Sunday lunch at The Millstone . We received a really warm welcome including our cockerpoo and the food was delicious. They even stocked my favourite wine. The Sunday lunch was exceptional with a lovely choice of vegetables. They even supply dog treats and blankets so that our dog settled in and relaxed too. And we couldn’t resist the puddings which were light and delicious. Very good value for money. We will definitely be back.

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Georgie and the team were so welcoming. We all had Sunday roast and I can honestly say they are the BEST ever. All cooked to perfection! Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: The mushroom wellington was delicious and made a nice change to have something so special for a vegetarian.

Fabulous meal out with my wife for a treat. Service was great, food was excellent. I had beef ravioli followed by monkfish and pear tarte tatin for dessert. Well done! We will be back soon.

The food in general was good. Steak cooked as requested. Problems with service though. Our waitress was very good but as other people have said they are let down by staff. This includes the kitchen I’m afraid. Our steak meals came out with no onion rings, when we asked we were told it does not come with onion rings but when we showed them the menu they said they would sort out. This took at least 10 minutes and they were burnt and greasy. The monkfish was tiny for the price paid! The menu said artichoke with it but no artichoke arrived. We asked and we were told it is in the Ju ? Again not saying this on the menu.First time for us there but of a let down. Pity lovely venue.

We had our staff Christmas party night here and had a fab time. We hired the coach house and booked our own DJ. The Millstone provided our buffet. Good quality food and great customer service ?

The staff was so friendly and helpful as always,as busy as it gets they go out there way to accommodate you. The owners obviously have a good bunch here and know what they are doing. I have visited the Millstone on a number of occasions and each time I have had an all round fabulous experience. It is hands down my favourite local venue to visit for food! The decor is beautiful, the staff are always warm and welcoming and the food is exceptional! I look forward to returning soon.

Went with family the week prior to Christmas. Had not been before, and went in the recommendation of friends. It was exactly as we’d hoped for, friendly and good service and all of us enjoyed our food. Will visit again with the girls.

If you value a great menu, food cooked with care and quality local produce, then the Millstone at Barnack is the place to book. We have visited several times and always accommodated with requests, always looked after and always see consistency with the staff and food. NYE was a hit!!! Canapés were to die for and band were so good. The Millstone is our first choice for Sunday roast, great for a cosy cocktail and menu is of a good variation to suit all. Dog friendly too!

We had amazing afternoon tea and drinks here for my friends baby shower. The venue is beautiful and the room we were in is perfect for a more private event like this. The staff were great with keeping us topped up with drinks and couldn’t do enough to help make sure the afternoon ran smoothly for our friend. I’ve also been in the main pub a few times for meals and always been really impressed with the food. Would highly recommend.
