Went to Starbucks in Towcester today for the first time with our daughter and her best friend and family, this was our first visit, first impressions were good until we came to the miserable non smiling/not happy servers one of which i believe is called Jordan. Having not been in before ourselves my wife asked the different sizes of coffee, Jordan then proceeded in banging the different size mugs on the counter in front of her and grunted. after being served and sitting down with our friends celebrating with the odd laugh and giggle Jordan then came over too us and TOLD us to keep the noise down as if we were 5 year olds, is it something that Starbucks doesnt like, people having FUN... spoilt our first vist!!
