Got order wrong because they couldn’t hear me through plastic screen. Ended up spending 50% more than intended. Felt pressured to just carry on with the order regardless instead of fixing the incorrect order.Other than the service, place was clean, tidy and cool. Good food and good price overall. I just didn’t appreciate the pressure and awkwardness of trying to amend the incorrect order.Ended up giving up after someone else on my side of the counter randomly got involved. I just dealt with needing to pay the unwanted extra instead of arguing.I’ll still go back though. This situation was circumstantial rather than an entire reflection of the shop.

Lovely staff, although the food was atrocious. The fish and chips were absolutely sopping I honestly think an escort would be dryer. I held the fish for a matter of thirty seconds and my finger tips were that wrinkled it looked as if I had bathed for two hours straight... Would not recommend.
