Very busy place and the parking is very tight. Maybe next time I might park on the road and walk over.

Over last 5 visits twice I gave chips back as not hot. 1 day didn't have milkshakes another day they didn't have any wraps. Although stated they had the filling.. I had one lot of chips replaced with no salt on them. The toilets are normally very clean. Staff that I returned goods to were polite..its a little hit n miss. But my severs were smiley n polite. Sometimes if the food is wrong please give the staff a chance to correct without rudeness.. More patience less rush. ?I will be back. Nanny lew

Mcdonalds 24hr drive thru have Refurbished this outlet to make it updated with a ordering totems in store and tv monitors in the walls the old fashioned backlit menu board at the back of the counter has been replaced by monitors as well. the restaurant inside is now light and airy the car park entrance off the A45 can be a struggle with HGV's parking at the entrance and along the road outside the carpark. (If an emergency services crew calls in for a quick meal let them go to the front of the queue this my be their only chance to get something to eat between emergency calls).

First time I visited I had no problem. But since that first time it has been a nightmare. I get my granddaughter a happy meal when I take her home on a Sunday. Without fail I have to park up and wait for them to bring the order out. Yesterday I waited for 12 mins because I order a happy nugget meal and a 1/4 pounder only to find a Big Mac in the bag when we got home. My daughter laughed and said they do that all the time. Seriously when you go through the drive through it takes 5x longer to get your order than parking up and going in to get it. I cannot understand why it happens to me every time, is it just me or they so incompetent that it happens to everyone. 😡😡😡😡
I will say the staff are polite and friendly in their defence and probably not getting paid a great deal so I plant this problem in the laps of the management.
It's McDonald's. It's clean. Average speed on food but the staff are very pleasent and have smiles too

This branch has the self service ordering points and then they bring the food to you.Which generally works fine but sometimes the service is slow

Came to this branch, as I was on my home and wanted a coffee. Refurbished and looks smarter than it did. Drive through is available if you don't want to leave your car. Staff attitude is good and friendly. I also got a cheeseburger to go with my coffee, which was served hot and fresh. Toilets spotless. Seating available outside for when the weather's warmer. Only downside is someone left their tray on a chair and this wasn't removed for some time. Apart from that, everything else was clean.
