I have ordered twice from here recently and have enjoyed it every time. We normally order a large half & half with a cheesy garlic tearer.I like ordering online as the website normally looks for the best deal as you order. We managed to get £10 off our last order by doing it this way. As we ordered on a Monday evening we got a great deal.Food was really tasty and lovely and hot when we got it.

Order made at 17:47 received notification at 17:50 that order is ready to collect how come pizza and side cooked and packed within 3 minutes. Served precooked soggy food.
This is the worst Pizza Hut! The orders are always wrong! They take over 1-2 hours to deliver. The last time I ordered I ended up going to myself after waiting for 2 hours and no one picking up the phone! All the manager said was yeah I don't have staff to pick the phone up. Your order has left. I got home and we had to wait another 30mins for the delivery. We have now completely stopped ordering from here. Please everyone beware! The food standards are awful and the service is the worst!

I ordered 2 large pizzas and got two medium, 1 was made up wrong and the other was burnt to a crisp, the cheese was black in places, cannot believe this was deemed acceptable to send out, absolutely no care for customers. Rang up to sort and they were adamant pizza couldn’t be burnt and had to take it to store to prove, was refused a refund and told to contact customer care but then refused to tell me how to contact the team!
