What can I say, used to enjoy the food here but my last 2 experiences have been terrible, the 1st occasion I placed an order through just eat at about 8pm, order due to be delivered 8.45.....at 9pm approx the order is cancelled by the restaurant, after calling to find out why I was told intially it was because they closed, after stating to them that the order was placed before they closed the excuse was then that they had ran out of the food to complete the order XDXD.... 2nd attempt was tonight, long days work, fancied another try.... How wrong were we, as shown by the pictures our food was just thrown together, onion ring in the bbq beast burger was still raw inside, burger was tough, burger bun was saturated with greese, looked like slop warmed up, the chicken burger was pitiful, dry shriveled chicken breast in a stale bun and single slice of cheese, the burger looked anemic, tasted worse.....Chips were the best part..... But even they werent without flaw, tasted old or re-fried, payed for a larger dip but pretty sure we got the small tub.Spoke with 3 staff, first was the call handler, 2nd I'm not sure who but 3rd was the manager.... And I will say the manager was friendly and helpful and apologetic of our experience.I would like a refund but for some reason when I go to request 1 through Just Eat the app seems to malfunction

Absolutely terrible, seemed to be a mix up with my order which was left sitting in a bag for the length of time I'd been waiting which was 20mins, not including the 10 mins from I telephoned order through. Was handed it and I felt the contents which were not warm, even the paper wrapping was soaked from the steam. I said to the girl at rhe counter and she snatched the bag from me. Upon getting home and put food out the chips had just been put back in the frier to reheat, which were that over cooked you couldn't eat them and the sausages were as hard as your boot.Staff not pleasant at all...avoid.

Very friendly staff on Saturdays when im usually in, nothing is a bother to them, Marion made me Battered mushrooms today which arent even on the menu and they where delicious! Food is very good and great portions.One point worth noting is its quite cold inside, guessing its expensive to heat such a large store.

Food was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, grabbing a high chair when I needed one and brought me over my food when it was ready, will definitely be returning!

Let me share my first time experience in this shabby hole ....counter assistant needs to get a personality transplant pure ignorant and no personality at all the place was absolutely freezing to dine in NO HEATING ON WHATSOEVER I'll not be back avoid at all
