Decky's Traditional Chip Shop

Decky's Traditional Chip Shop in Armagh deserves a Big ? up, especially for Kate's Awesome Service!She was at the counter, took my order for a Fish Supper, and was super helpful and friendly with a big smile. She listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure my order was just right.Since it was a weekday and they follow Halal practices, I asked Kate to cook my Fish and Chips in Separate Oil to avoid any mixing with pork, bacon, or meat stuff. She was totally cool with it and made it just the way I wanted.The Fish Supper was a Good size, unlike other places that usually leave me Hungary.Thanks a lot to Kate and Decky's Chip Shop – they definitely get a 5-star service review from me!I Appreciate the Excellent service and Delicious food. If you're around Armagh, give them a try – you won't be Disappointed!

JPs Ogle Street Armagh City

Been here before. Always friendly and sit in snugs. I took a carry out this time of a steak burger with fried onions and ketchup. Relly tasty and sweet and large flat patty. I also had a battered sausage which was split in half.Very satisfying meal. Place clean. I recommend it fully. Prices reasonable.

Armagh Indian Nights

It's Georgian festival weekend so everywhere was busy. We where going to do street food but it was cold happened to pass this and I thought it didn't look the best but thought it would be warmer than outside. I asked for a table, there was plenty but from chat I picked up that there were some bookings too. We didn't stay long as we had a show to go to but the place was full by the time we left. People knew other people and by overhearing conversation people repeatedly eat there. Amy one of the servers was really friendly, explained the quickest things to order, as in what foods didn't get marinated first. I over heard her taking another order and she explained dishes as if she where making them herself! Excellent service! Food arrived quickly as we were told it would. It was beautiful!! This restaurant was nicer than the Indian we had the night before in Armagh. My daughter could not eat much as she had a sore throat. Amy offered for us to take it with us. But we had the light show and we're staying in a hotel, otherwise I would have. She was also so kind to give my daughter a lolly to help her throat. I will definitely be back to this restaurant in my return to Armagh!

Cafe Olympus

Food and service excellent. Large portions of chips for the kids and the croissant are delicious. As for atmosphere it is based inside a pool. How atmospheric can it be?Kid-friendliness: Great for kids.

Dolphin II Armagh

The Dolphin in Dungannon and now Armagh city have always been consistent.I ordered a 4oz burger with ketchup and fried onions. Very light and tasty. I also got a single battered sausage with ketchup. Both no grease whatsoever. Staff very friendly. Young male fryer attentive to his work as was the young lady serving. Thanks. And I will be back.Parking: On street.

Indian Cottage Armagh

The food out of here is next level. The quality is really good and tastes amazing. Staff seem friendly enough. A few mistakes have been made with my orders in the past but nothing major and the staff were very helpful with fixing it.

Shapla Indian Restaurant

Got take away from Shapla while on a long weekend in Armagh City. We had popadoms and 4 dips, 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides and naan bread for the princely sum of £40.40. The food was delicious particular the prawn purie starter and the Jalfrezi main. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was a real treat and very good value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Best pizza in armagh by miles. Probably the best pizza in the county in saying that . The food is always perfect and the staff are really nice and change anything with no issues or mistakes.

Cafollas TakeAway - Armagh

I've only eaten it a handful of times now. When it's busy and you enter it's hard to know if there is a queue, staff don't acknowledge your presence until it suits them but try not to stress you will get your order taken eventually. In saying that it's the best chippy in armagh in my opinion. I'm getting used to their way of working and have less stress with walking in to order. Good portion sizes, tasty food, decent prices

Apache Pizza Armagh

Had a pizza from here last weekend, it was the first time I have had anything from they moved premises and thought it was really tasty. It was nice and hot and the staff were very friendly. Will be trying other items off their menu next time

EC Hughes

Abousutly fantastic ? venue. Staff very friendly and welcoming. If you've never been to Hughes in Middletown......You've never lived. 5 Star ? all the way.

The Vintage Lounge Bar

It certainly is vintage,it was like stepping back in time.A pub with the off licence at the front , really reminded me of the off licences from the 60s.very atmospheric,good Guinness as well.

Turners

Good central location, connects to the Charlemont Arms Hotel, and within easy walking distance to the Mall and other local Landmarks.Properly stocked bar and friendly staff. Turner’s also serves food which was always cooked properly.Traditional decor and the occasional traditional live Irish music, make this a must for any visitor coming to Armagh.

Sloan's Coffee Shop

We booked Heather from Sloans coffee shop to provide catering for a large family party. The food was delicious and service was fantastic. Heather was so accommodating to ensure that everything was perfect and provided a range of choices of main courses and desserts. We were really pleased with everything and would definitely recommend Sloans coffee house and the team to provide catering for any occasion. Thanks again for everything.

The Scullery

Very nice place to eat in. The staff make you feel welcome and pleasant to have your custom. The food was absolutely brilliant. Andy is a good addition to the staff and very well mannered.

Big Panda

Called in for a beef curry with boiled rice. I asked did the curry come with mushroom? I was led to believe it did.Got home eagerly awaiting to eat. The portion size of the curry was big and at a push would feed two people. The curry itself was quite spicy but tasted fine. I just ate half and will eat the rest tonight.The cost is dearer than other Chinese take aways. At £8.90 it's almost a pound dearer. And they charged me 30 pence for the mushrooms. However it's worth another visit. Place is clean and two young servers with their minds and chit chat on other things just about pass muster.

Great restaurant lovely ambience and great staff food was lovely and reasonable price only downside is £4.40 for a bottle of budweiser bit too much but overall great

Costa Coffee

I loved it because it was quiet, so had a bit of time to talk to my wife and kid. (But why was it quiet), because it cost me 15 quid for coffees and a bun. I could have done it at the house and had change if a fiver and watched the voice . I'll be back.

Red Neds

One of Armagh's best pubs. Only an experienced bar person gives you a glass to match your drink. Great atmosphere and this pub is spotless clean. Highly recommended for everyone.

Basil Sheils Bar & Restaurant Armagh | B&B Accomodation

A lovely pub-restaurant off the beaten path. Climatic. The food is tasty. Nice staff. Efficient service.Rooms: It was very cold in the detached B&B. We waited a long time for the rooms to warm up. Quilts are very narrow - they may be enough for a child. Too narrow for an adult. Unless you like to sleep at attention ? but it was warm in the rooms above the restaurant.

Cup & Cone

It’s on a steep hill, it’s on a corner, with very little car - parking close by. It’s narrow inside with table space limited to only a few diners and it’s a shared space with a bicycle sales and repair shop. The servers are ace friendly and it delivers up tasty well - filled savoury crepes at very good value. There’s lots of other offerings too, mostly sweet based, ice creams, lots of jars of sweets, milkshakes, sweet crepes, waffles, omelettes and so on. Not much to add. It’s a great spot offering just what we like at fair prices. Two huge savoury crepes with 3 fillings, no skimping, and two large cappuccinos £17.5. We even got a few free sweets from a Roses tin with our coffees. Worth supporting and delightfully enjoyable.

Mickey Kelly's Bar & Off licence

Had a 60th surprise party upstairs in Kelly's and had a fantastic night. Nicola, Megan and all the staff went over and above, the food was brilliant, the craic was mighty, Anthony (DJ) played cracking tunes, we danced the night away ? Thoroughly recommend this venue for any celebration and of course the bar downstairs is bloody great too ??

The Hole In The Wall

Amazing old (very old) bar right in the centre of the city. Character seeping up through the street paving stone floor. Staff fantastic. Guinness pints as they should be. Essential visit required when in Armagh.

4C Coffee House & Kitchen

Great meals all around, nice personal touch - chef coming out to chat to child who is coeliac. Much appreciated ☺️. Great friendly upbeat service ??Dietary restrictions: Chef came out personally to ask child what they wanted gluten free

The Gathering Rooms

It was such a cute spot to sit in after a walking tour of Armagh! A quiet street, the food was plentiful for the price, and everyone was extremely attentive! The perfect cozy spot on the weekend! Plus breakfast seems to run well into the afternoon!! A plus!

Nibblers Markethill

Second time here this year staying in the gosford caravan park, top class, decent portions, girls are lovely, make sure you get the super chip gravy best I’ve had!Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options

Firehouse Pizza

Very deceiving from outside. Don't judge a book by its cover. Nicest pizza in Armagh with a nice selection of toppings. Very friendly staff too. Very well priced too

Just had a Sunday Fish n chips here... Fish was very large... Not as white as other places but still nice tasting batter. Chips nice and large and loads of them... Onion rings freshly made. Restaurant was cold and asked for the heating on which they did. Service good and staff friendly. Would be back again... Drive 35 miles each way to give it a try.
