lways amazing service at Pots. It’s taken me a bit of time to get round to writing this review but feel compelled to do so. I cannot more highly recommend this establishment for a visit. The service is second to none, food is beautiful with large portions and fresh ingredients. But it is the general atmosphere and banter that makes it stand out. I think this comes from the owners. I came in a week after giving birth, everything had taken longer than I expected, leaving the house, getting my daughter and newborn in the car, out of the car, walking to the cafe. By the time I managed to get there it was after 2.30 and lunch had stopped being served. I had a look at the cakes and tea / coffee menu and felt so hungry for a meal. Mark the wonder came to my table, took one look at me (totally exhausted, sleep deprived and hungry) and said “forget the time and order whatever it is you need to and we will sort it out”. As a post partum Mum so sleep deprived and exhausted, emotional and running on empty I can’t tell you how much this meant to me. I felt seen and cared for which is way WAY over and above the call of duty for any restaurant. I ordered a salad which was beautiful, fresh and appetising. My daughter was treated to a gorgeous slice of chocolate cake (which was so big I got some too!) and a hot chocolate. There are not many places left who would treat you with such care and compassion as Rosemary and Mark did on my visit. They even kindly held my baby so I got the privilege of eating a meal with two hands! All in all yhe most caring experience I have had when I was out with a newborn (and I have had three) I really felt understood and looked after which was special and so very much appreciated.

Always delicious food in Pots of Pleasure. Whether it's for breakfast morning coffee lunch or afternoon coffee Pots is definitely the best coffee shop in Ballyclare. I would highly recommend you ring to get a table booked because it's a very busy and popular coffee shop. Staff very friendly and helpful and always have a wander round the gift shop at the back of the Coffee shop. Beautiful gifts for all occasions and beautifully wrapped up too. Mark's a real gentleman.Vegetarian options: Too many to listDietary restrictions: The staff will always ask the customers about their Dietary needs and if you have any food allergies.

Fabulous place, lovely food and the staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Definitely recommend it. Bigger inside than it looks from the outside so plenty of table room.

Was looking for vegan options. They had nothing on the menu, but offered to make me up anything I wanted. I chose avacdo and sun-dried tomatoes on sourdough toast. Great service, staff were very friendly.

Went here for lunch today and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife had the ploughman’s platter which was really a platter for two such was the size of it! I had a tuna mayo and both were very tasty. We also enjoyed a hot chocolate and the 2 meals and 2 drinks came to about £22 which I think is great value for money Staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Will definitely be back

Great sandwich which came with a large side salad and a cafeteire of excellent coffee for less than £10.

I came here with family for lunch and chose a speciality sandwich - camembert, chicken, bacon, cranberry and stuffing on brown bread. The delicious, well filled sandwich arrived with a large portion of side salad which had tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and a variety of salad leaves as well as some tortilla chips. I had a cafetiere of excellent filter coffee and my bill was less than £10. The menu was packed with very interesting flavour combinations. If you're looking for a healthy, nutritious and filling lunch. Pots of Pleasure is very highly recommended.

Really quaint place, and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, a place for breakfast and coffee or tea. Very reasonable price for the service. Parking is in the main carpark in the square, with a very short walk to the premises. Can be busy, but that's a good thing. Really enjoyed, and it's somewhere you would like to return.

Food is fantastic, only thing better is the welcome. Always, always busy and for very good reason. Other restaurants are places to go when you can't get into Pots.....
