Rooms, service, food and drink all very good as usual. The only place I stay when in the area.

I regularly visit the Adair Arms. Often I am just passing by for coffee or drinks. However recently I have had food, from both their lunch and grill menu.Food is of a high quality, fresh with generous portions served in a timely manner. All staff are polite, courteous and genuinely care. You are always made to feel exceptionally welcome and greeted with a genuine smile.Looking forward to many more visits at the Adair Arms.

The Adair arms is a lovely quaint hotel with modern amenities and a great central location. The full Irish breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a perfect pint of

Just called in for a few drinks with family lovely looking
We had our wedding reception & stayed at the Adair arms, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the first email the staff were prompt, helpful and so nice. On the day the staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us (and all our guests) feel so welcome. The food was outstanding and all my wee additional requests were handled in such a helpful way. The breakfast was amazing and (again) the service was immaculate!!Every part of our reception and our stay at the Adair arms was absolutely perfect!! With special thanks to Neil Gordon who dealt with every element of our reception perfectly! I really couldn’t say enough positive things about the place. We will be going to the Adair Arms a lot more often when in Ballymena ??

We are regular customers of this group and have stayed and dined in them all so compared to the other excellent McKeever restaurants within the hotels we were pretty disappointed with the food in the Adair Arms on our first visit.. Naturally we expected the same standard throughout the group. Unfortunately we will not be visiting again. The staff were lovely but the food let the place down.Walkability: Very close to town amenities.

Disappointed that the bar closed just after 9pm.

Was there today boxing day with a party of around 20 , we do it every year. Today's food was a big let down in comparison with other years , very small portions , not at all good , no sprouts no cocktail sausages , no gravy boats , I'd pre order ordered bailie cheese cake , which the lady serving never heard ofTerrible experience certainly myself partner n child will never be back for Xmas dinner , big let down were ment to contact me but neverThanks Geoff stewart
