4 of us visited tonight. The food was amazing. Plenty of choice on the menu. The staff were very pleasant and didn’t rush us in between courses. Plenty of space between tables. Place was spotless and same with the toilets.

Just had lunch here and have to say it was delicious very well priced and served on piping hot plates

Thanks to The Pizza Parlour we had a fantastic night to remember for my son's 30th Birthday. The food was amazing, the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, making it a very enjoyable and relaxing celebration. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a great night.

My favourite place in Northern Ireland to eat, can't get enough of the place. Food is well presented , lovely staff and plenty of craic. Glenarm beef dinner is amazing. Tried most of the dinners over the years and haven't been let down yet

Top Pizza Kebab

Absolutely brilliant! Got a delivery and it was quick, food was hot and the driver was very friendly! Food was 1st class donner meat was fantastic and the best pizza I've had in a long long time. Highly recommend ?

Was here over the weekend, Anne and staff are excellent, received a warm and friendly welcome by all. Great atmosphere, would definitely recommend, overall top notch.

McAllister's Whiskey Lounge

Our first visit and we weren't disappointed. It's in a beautiful setting. We ate three hearty meals starting with Chilli seasoned chicken followed by Chicken Supreme, delicious and rich ravioli with lovely seasonal vegetables and vegetable Wellington. Desserts were fresh and light; Pavlova and pear upside down cake. Service was excellent; friendly but not intrusive.

The Doury Frier

I ordered for delivery. The staff member on the phone was really friendly. I ordered a sausage supper, 8 chicken nuggets and a bottle of coke zero. The total came to around £11. Not bad in my eyes. The food tasted amazing.The only downside I had was the delivery time. It was around 50 mins. Overall I would definitely recomed The Doury Frier.

not sure what folk's problem with it is! i've eaten here for several years now and always found it very satisfactory & good portions!! Beware that there's no card reader, you may have to venture into town to get one or chance your luck with the one across the road, which works sometimes.

Main Street Pizzeria ,Kells

The man on the till who served me and my friends was super friendly and very helpful with giving positive opinions of all the food options. The chicken kickers were absolutely amazing, I'm not one for spice but it was absolutely lovely, not too spicy, not too plain. Would 100% recommend and will be back in the future??

If you like Fried Chicken then do not rule out this fast food outlet to get your fix.It would be my first choice over Kentucky any day when in Ballymena. It is very tasty with well priced, sizeable portions that trump KFC all day long.

Food always piping hot and absolutely delicious everytime . Delivery drivers going above and beyond in treacherous conditions and the service in general being 1st class this for me is my number 1 spot for food all day long so thankyou guys

Went here for dinner. The service is great there were some tables filled and he was alone but he was doing a perfect job. Also the food tasted amazing. Portions are a nice size.

The Khayber | Indian Restaurant

While everything was fine we feel the price of the food is very expensive. £19 for a curry then on top of that you pay £4.95 for Garlic nan. Same tpe of curry and side is 6.50 cheaper in Coleraine so guess thats were we will go.

Char Bella

Great wee place. Used to go with mates and get the charbabs along with the burgers, now they don't do kebabs anymore. Devastated. Hope they bring them back. Good people working there too, always friendly and quick at the till.

Big Bear Pizza Shack

The portions are large for many of the options. I got a spice bag and it was definitely enough food, however it wasn't exactly great. Others tried different kebabs and were satisfied.

I lived adjacent to Brick Lane in the ‘East end’ for many years, this place would give the best of ‘Banglatown’ a run for their money. Superb and sophisticated and experienced service. Worth travelling for.

The Post House Carvey at Tullyglass

We received 2 carvery vouchers as a gift and what a gift it was! There were 4 adults in our party of fussy eaters and all of us found it extremely easy to choose options that we could eat. The beef, turkey and ham fell apart in your mouth. There were plenty of salads and vegetable side dishes. I loved the cauliflower cheese and the quinoa salad and one of my sons raved about the Caesar salad. The dessert section was fabulous. It’s been a while since I’ve had a well made tiramisu and this one was perfect. My husband adored the banoffee. We finished with coffees and then waddled to the car, extremely happy. Worth every penny.

Mirador Chinese Takeaway

We got a takeaway this evening and it was lovely. I got chicken chow mein and my husband got sweet & sour king prawn with chips. The service was good and the food was enjoyable

Called in yesterday at 4pm after shopping nearby , new opening hours very welcome ( 4pm- 11pm). Ordered Happy Meal A and in was brought to me in less than 9 minutes. Hot , fresh and extremely tasty. Pleasant staff and high food hygiene rating. Only downside to me would be the interior , faded price offer signs , beside a lovely new Menu ! And 20% off your first online order !

This wee gold mine we found last year for mums 80th birthday the most amazing staff and food. This year we were let down by another hotel the day before my mums 81st we rang the Oranmore and they done everything possible to fit us in yesterday 20th December for dinner and what can I say it was the most amazing meal, Atmosphere and the wonderful staff made us feel extra special. Cannot recommend this place enough you guys are fantastic. See you again very soon xxxxx

I would have given 5 stars but bins were overflowing inside and out and the seating area for Greggs and Subway needing to be cleaned. When I went to sit down at least 4 tables hadnt been cleaned, chairs full of old and new crumbs and floor in that area needed brushed. Was a Sunday and maybe less staff on so maybe that was why. Apart from that the Applegreen was in a good location, plenty on offer and customer toilets available and plenty of parking

The Peppermill

Went here for a wee dinner on a sunday night. The food was delicious and the staff couldnt have been any nicer to me and my famiy. Food was top quality, made quickly and the overall presence of the place was phenomenal. xx. I ordered 2 pizzas and they have created a core memory inside me now that i associate with all that is good in the lovely village of cushendall.

Golden Fry

Take away food that is completely delicious! Nice clean tastes, not greasy at all and full of flavour. It can be busy, so phoning your order ahead of time can be a good idea.

KFC Ballymena - Larne Road Link

The food was hot and fresh and the staff super helpful. One of our burgers wasn't right and they changed it quickly and without hesitation. The two fellas who were on couldn't have been more helpful. As KFCs go this is one of the better ones. As the photo shows the grub went down a treat!!

Millside Restaurant

Food was amazing. We were pasdong on our waubto Ballymena and were recommended to try Millside out.
We we not disappointed
Going for a 2 course lunch each was lobely ang great value.
Great attention to detail as my garlic fries had a good smothering of Parmesan on top.
The deserts were lovely and we will definately return to sample morr of the menu

Middletown Coffee Co

Just Wow!!! Had dropped my car in locally for tyres and was recommended here while I waited. On arrival I was greated very pleasantly. I asked for poached egg on toast that was not on the set menu and an americano which was no issue for them, total £6.55. I was shown options where I can sit and eat my breakfast. While I waited in anticipation, one of the staff passing while serving other customers greated me with a friendly good morning, which is refreshing in this day and age. It was not a long wait until I received my food and coffee. The poached egg and toast looked and was mouth watering!!! Cooked to perfection on a thick slice of toasted white bread garnished with chives a few leaves and a light drizzle of what might have been chive oil. I slipped the egg off carefully and buttered my toast while popping the egg safely back on afterwards and seasoned with a small amount of salt and pepper. The thick bread surely soaks up the perfect egg yoke. For the americano I added sugar and milk, I didn't know what to expect as it did look like a strong coffee, but this is probably the best coffee I have ever tasted! Not bitter, not over powering but dare I say perfect!!! It's a shame I was here on my own and not with family to share this experience. A great excuse to come back ?! 10 out of 10!!!! As I finished the place was a bit busier with a good atmosphere and buzz about the place.

The Thatch Inn

Friendly welcome by the bar staff, nice warming log fire and friendly locals. Great looking menu, I had the double burger which was excellent though I couldn't eat it all! The Lady Manager was also very nice. Plenty of parking round the back in large car park. This pub is a few minutes off the motorway at Balamena, well worth a visit and recommend ?

Great place to eat. They do gluten-free. They also have the most amazing gluten and egg yolk free almond fancy. I even managed to get the secret recipe.

We came back for more of the delicious scones and proper coffee. Always got a table even though it was crowded at all times.

The Saffron Bar

Popped in for a sandwich and a pint. The lovely lady owner apologised that they don't actually do food but there was a little cafe across the road which is very good. She then produced a menu and told us to choose what we wanted and she would go over and get it while we had a pint. After about 10 minutes she came to our table with the sandwiches and 2 plates and cutlery.
This is customer service of the highest degree. Cannot speak highly enough of her hospitality.
Great beer, great atmosphere and some very friendly locals. This is why people love Ireland.

The Coast Road Inn

Now, to be clear, this place doesn't serve food, but... it will order you a Chinese take-away from a nearby town. Bring cash to pay the delivery person (there is no cash machine (ATM) available at night). The staff are super friendly, the bar has a warm welcoming feel to it, even an open fireplace to warm your toes whilst sipping a Guinness. Can't wait to go back!

Hawthorn & Rose

Stumbled across this gem in Cushendall, and my daughter and I are so glad we did.
A warm, friendly and smiley welcome from the lad behind the counter. Our drinks were divine. I had a raspberry matcha and my daughter had a cooler and she loved it.

We also had a Kinder Bueno tray bake and a pistachio tray bake which were also divine. Freshly baked goods are always great.

For what we got, the prices were very reasonable too.

Will definitely be back.

Nineteen Thirty Eight

Went for lunch and it was great, very friendly service and amazing food. The chicken wings were excellent. Sat and watched the sea and people playing golf, lovely.

A clean and bright diner / café with prompt helpful staff. Food portions are generous and affordable and adaptable to diet. Dedicated parking out front and on the road.

The Front Page Bar

Such a great venue ! Very friendly staff, and a large selection of drinks on offer. Live music often on offer, can really recommend their monthly sessions, very enjoyable. Well worth a visit if you're in town.

The Smithfield Arms

Someone at the bar saw me standing outside with a suitcase, and that was the start of a great night! Bartender and the patrons were fantastic. Drinks were flowing.

An absolutely wee gem of a place. Made extremely welcome and not just a number. Would highly recommend this establishment for weddings. The girl was so lovely,welcoming and helpful

Harbour Lights Cafe

Gorgeous open prawn sandwich with salad at a reasonable price in a perfect location in the sun overlooking the harbour. Service was very friendly and quick. The lunch menu had so much choice. Would highly recommend! Will definitely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely staff who gave us many recommendations to visit on our week here, we did most of them and enjoyed them all. Cheap drinks and dog friendly. The pub dog is gorgeous and loved the attention we gave him!

What a fantastic chippy, looks like it hasn't changed in decades which I love and only accepts cash which is another good sign. Food we had today was fantastic. Love authentic places like this. Hope you remain open for years to come.

Mullaghan's Bar

My friend and I got (very) off track on our way to Giant's Causeway and pulled over in Rasharkin in hopes of getting a meal. Evem though I think they were still opening, Charlie and Seamus took great care of us, helping us get oriented and fixing us each a cup of tea. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and kind. This ended up being one of the happiest stops we made during our entire trip to Northern Ireland! Many thanks ♥️

The Diamond Bar

Booked for a family of 5 to eat in the Restaurant. Quick response and booking very easy. We arrived 5 minutes before our booking and were immediately seated and drinks order taken. \n\nMenu had loads of options and with 3 courses for £25 it was clear to see why the place was so busy. Our food order was taken and starters arrived soon after, the Brie and Cheesy Bacon Garlic Bread were amongst the orders and were fantastic.\n\nFor main course, we had a mixture of the roast beef, peppered chicken & chicken goujons. Portion sizes were excellent, but the quality was even better. The staff checked in regularly to ensure any additional requests were handled and for another drinks order. \n\nThe dessert menu arrived upon the clearing of plates and we just couldn’t resist when seeing the options available. Again, the portion sizes were amazing and everyone left feeling fully satisfied. \n\nWe cannot recommend The Diamond Bar/Restaurant highly enough. Everything was fantastic from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return!
