“Popped in for a sandwich and a pint. The lovely lady owner apologised that they don't actually do food but there was a little cafe across the road which is very good. She then produced a menu and told us to choose what we wanted and she would go over and get it while we had a pint. After about 10 minutes she came to our table with the sandwiches and 2 plates and cutlery.
This is customer service of the highest degree. Cannot speak highly enough of her hospitality.

“We had our wedding here last year and the service was exceptional as my wife lost her bouquet of flowers and the staff located them straight away, nothing on the day was too much trouble and we can't fault anything, every guest commented on how amazing the food was and how attentive the hotel staff were. We would like to thank Catherine the wedding co-ordinator for all her hard work on the day as everything went perfectly despite some last minute adjustments.”
