While visiting Broughshane we came upon this little gem. It was mid afternoon, so we had coffee and a traybake. A lot of thought has gone into the decor - I think maybe 70's vibe. It certainly brought back a lot of memories for me. If you are ever in Broughshane it is well worth a visit.Dietary restrictions: Excellent selection of gluten free brownies

We found this hidden gem this week the coffee is perfect and the tea made with real tea leaves and the tea pot comes filled with enough for a few cups of tea, we also had panini, stew, and sauage roll price's are also responsible the staff are very friendly and helpful, the decor is class loved the mirrors. There is plenty of room for wheelchair users and the toilet is also accessible to all needs. We will definitely return. 100%

Met my sister here for brunch. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly and take time to talk with you. Food is freshly prepared and delicious. Would highly recommend visiting Brew next time you’re in Broughshane.

Went in for lunch but walked out again. Four staff behind the counter, totally ignored us - not one looked up while we stood there (for quite a while) waiting to order. The place wasn't overly busy (we understand why now!). If one staff member had even acknowledged our presence, they could have said we'll be with you shortly, as other places do, but no one did. We have heard that this is an issue here, from others we have told, perhaps some staff training is needed? We won't know though, as we won't be back. Plenty of other nearby places, with more attentive staff.

Didn’t receive a friendly attitude nor baby friendly either. Seen a few glares over having a pram, plus no changing facilities for baby.Food is great though and customers were lovely.

Staff all very glum not a smile cracked on any of their faces. Table cleaned with a cloth that smelt of wet dog. Coffee a bit

Met an old friend for breakfast. The food was well presented and tasty - a good selection of breakfast choices available. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the chat and banter among them created a lovely warm environment. The cafe was just buzzing with people chatting and catching up - what a great atmosphere!

Such wonderful memories of Brew Coffee Shop during my months holiday in Ballymena. Food Coffee and service superb. Premises are such that they leave a lasting effect on one. Do not ever change its character.
