Nice wee spot to stop. Loads of seating and the fire made the place nice and warm. Staff were great and the brunch menu and coffee did the job!

Really tasty food and excellent menu choice. Staff are genuinely very helpful and friendly. Dog friendly as well ???, wish more cafes would 'Follow' their example. Food arrived piping hot and totally delicious, and the coffees were on the mark as well. Couldn't ask for better. Also had a couple of chefs speciality traybakes, and they were sublime.Parking: Multi Storey Car Park for Tower Centre is located directly behind the coffee shop. The free street parking is limited to 30 mins during the week and Saturday but is unlimited on Sunday. The street cafe is on is a pedestrian zone, so you need to park on the street at the top of it. It's only about 50 yards away.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance with a ramp to the shop area. Plenty of seating downstairs but there is no disable access to 1st floor seating.

Absolutely love Follow. It is a necessity during the work day to grab a Mocha with a shot of Hazelnut and a caramel square.Kid-friendliness: Always kind to the kids

I had brunch at Fellow Coffee about a month ago and was really disappointed by the whole experience. After ordering we had to wait over 40 mins for our food to arrive by which time everyone’s drinking’s were finished. We had ordered the daily special, Salmon and avocado on bagels and when the food arrived it certainly wasn’t worth the wait. The bagels had hardly any salmon on them and when I raised it with the waitress she said that there was a problem with the supplier. You will see from the pics how little was on the dish. I will credit the witness who offered to remove the bagels from the bill however I will not be rushing back anytime soon.

Great spot to hide from the world ? and enjoy a coffee. To be fair I thought the scones and traybakes were limited and could do with a rethink. On the whole the place was clean and the atmosphere good. Would certainly return.

Nice wee cosy place to sit and have a coffee.. and by the way the coffee was perfect along with the pastry.. also i got a very relaxing and comfortable feeling about the place and the lay out is very spacious and i also noticed that it is very accessible to wheelchairs and buggies.. so if you are wanting to just sit back chill then i would highly recommend you call in.. five star

Ordered 2 portions of poached eggs on sourdough bread with bacon, in Follow today. The food arrived after a 40min wait, the eggs were not cooked and bacon was burnt. I wouldn’t have minded that the eggs weren’t poached but the fact they were still raw after taking so long was a joke. The staff on the till did apologise and gave us a refund for the food.

Good location and nicely fitted out. But I just had to write about the Eggs Benedict I had 2 days ago. Easily the best I've ever had anywhere! The beef brisket was replaced with steamed ham. I think it was only £8. Great value

Used to be our favourite coffee shop in town but unfortunately has gone down hill. I know the dog friendly market is increasing but the whole downstairs now stinks of dog. We had to move upstairs. We only ordered brownies as the dog smell really put me off eating. Brownies arrived hard as a brick. Now the waitresss did happily change them to fresh soft brownies but overall disappointed and not worth the ££ for that level of service.

We had a lovely birthday coffee for my child on Tuesday and the brilliant staff surprised my daughter with a brownie and candle and wished her happy birthday. This was very kind and unexpected. We will be back.

Ordered brunch (Sunday) and after a 40 minute wait the food finally came (already had finished our drinks). The poached eggs were literally raw and the bacon was burnt. Had to send it back for a refund. The girl on the till did apologise and refunded the food but little else offered given the poor experience. I wouldn’t have minded the wait if the food has been cooked at least.

Won't be back. The place was not excessively busy, we were told that the food will be 30 minute's, that's fair enough. Waited for our food for over an hour. The quality was below average and the same for the coffee.

The brioche French toast (with honey, fruit, blueberry compote, and this vanilla mascarpone) was utterly divine. I also got a pork and onion chutney sausage roll that was very nice, too. The iced chai wasn't my cup of tea (which is a shame as I normally love chai), but I'd definitely be coming back.

Got an iced chai latte with oat milk and sat inside, plenty of space and not too busy, would definitely go back!
