The food was hot and fresh and the staff super helpful. One of our burgers wasn't right and they changed it quickly and without hesitation. The two fellas who were on couldn't have been more helpful. As KFCs go this is one of the better ones. As the photo shows the grub went down a treat!!

Were to start, fillet burger very salty and I mean salty had to peal the skin off so that I could eat it, fries with skin on not nice at the best of time, but then they coat them with a spice to hide the taste I presume. No salad as they had run out, REALLY. Will not be going to a KFC soon, Burger King or MacDonald's from now on
Restaurant was empty but drive through took a long time for ordering? And wasn't exactly what was ordered! Absolutely worst branch I have visited. Couldn't get the order right...time after time. They have one job to do and can't get it right.

New menu just isn't nice, the chips aren't great and the chicken burgers just really aren't good anymore, whatever the new mayo is does nothing for the burger. I know this is nationwide and is not limited to the Ballymena
