The food was ok but I don’t think we need the aircon blasting cold air throughout the restaurant. I tried to find a table where I wouldn’t feel the cold while eating but to no avail, my food was cold within seconds and even with my coat on I was really cold, for this reason I would not eat in the restaurant again.Could someone with a bit of sense not realise that no customer wants to eat a hot meal in a freezing cafe and we don’t needaircon in February.

I do not recommend purchasing food from McDonald's Ballymena via Uber. Your food will arrive cold and for some reason they can't seem to put salt on the "salted chips".If you actually attend the restaurant (not really a restaurant) you'll get a mucky table and uptight parents ready to commit violence.
Placed order for family lunch to be delivered and received incomplete order rang Mc Donald's was advised need to come to branch to speak to manager but explained we had already paid delivery?

Order 2 plain cheese burgers Happy mail for my 2 kids n they were really hungry and they can't even get the order rite but my wife got the food only to find out wen she got home it was wrong n nw cold and waste of money.

tonight, 03.12.2023 at 8 am. I had an unpleasant experience with a young blonde girl in which I asked for her help to order from the McDonald's app and this blonde animal how work at cashier behaved very badly and offensively with me as a customer and I can say that only drug addicts who can barely hold on work here on your feet. please do something against these people who are of no help. these animals must be changed and put people who understand the customer who wants to buy. thank you

Not impressed at all, had a van full of hungry kids on a Sunday evening so thought we would stop in. Usual mad queue to this one as it's in a stupid place with one way into both carpark and drive thru.... We parked up, got out and at basically dinner time the seating area was CLOSED! Couldn't use drive thru due to the vehicle size and again the poor layout, must think everyone drives a small hatchback in NI... So sat in a queue to get in only to find couldn't get food ( there were quite a few others in the same situation ) ended up going to one in another town... Strange it was fully operational...

STOP forgetting my dips when I order I’m sick to death of your workers being unable to pick up dips and put it in the bag. Our McDonald’s already notoriously bad so can we atleast maybe learn how to pick up little sauces and put them into a bag.
