Witnessed a blonde woman (probably the owner) shout her mouth off at 4 gobsmacked customers because they picked a different table to sit at, she gave them hell over the top of our table in front of a full house for everyone to hear, something petty which would have been easily resolved quietly, I thought she was joking to start with, but the rant went on and on like a mad lunatic. We felt so sorry for the people involved they were sitting with red faces, not believing what they were hearing. Goodness help her employees who have to work under that battle axe....we stood up and left before ordering, and needless to say I would`nt set foot in it again.....thought for a minute I was in "Karens diner".

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from I suppose the owner all over people moving to a different table she pretty much stood over us and shouted at them also looking at us giving us a foul attitude saying how it’s not acceptable to move tables and how a “member of staff couldn’t find the table to bring the tea to” even tho the diner is tiny with only a handful of tables so the staff member could of used common sense and went to a table that looked like they are waiting and ask them if that was their tea instead she humiliated that table and us. my dad said what odds is it there’s no harm in it to stick up for the people and she kept going on and on so we got up and left I have never ever in my life experienced a grown woman acting like this in a “restaurant” I will never be back and I will also tell others not to go there again

Well what can I say about Nadine' Diner..HORRIBLE OWNER!! We came in 3 of us and sat down..The girl brought down our menu's..There was a table of 4 who moved tables..So wee decided to go to where they where sitting.. We never ever got our order taking..Well what the people got for moving tables was terrible..I have never heard this before in ANY eatery..Told them that they weren't allowed to change tables (did you ever ?) felt like we were back at school..My husband said what odds is it..Shouted her head off the poor man..The whole place fell silent..We got up and walked out..I hope the others did the same..She just lost over £50..NEVER WILL I EVER BE BACK IN Nadine's Diner again..P.S so all I can say is if you find yourself eating here..PLEASE PLEASE DON'T Swap tables.......BIG FAT 0...
Great wee cafe. Slightly out of the shopping areas but it was recommended by the car dealership up the road whilst I waited for a service to be done. Food options - variety and price - were decent. Service was excellent. Very friendly and quick. Would definitely call back anytime I’m in Ballymena.
