Asked for delivery... Was told 40mins, 1hr 20mins we received our food... When I asked delivery driver was it still warm, she said oh yes, just left the shop 5mins ago... Time warp later... Food freezing and inedible.... £24.50 in the bin.... If you cannot deliver in a proper timeframe DO NOT take an order.... Very very cross....

We ordered dinner friday evening 14th April it at 4 50 at 5 55 it still didn't arrive it was a pasta supper and two sausage suppers it was cold when it arrived phone and spoke to someone who then passed me onto the manager he wasn't very nice person said it was impossible that it cold it went in the bin would not recommend this chip shop

Food is good but they are the slowest chippy in the Ballymena area. If your not in a hurry for your food it is a good chip shop but we have ordered 2 hours again and the food is still not here. Really don't think it is worth ordering from them again.

They use Polystyrene trays for the chips and steam made the chips soggy.Some hard weren't cooked and anemic looking.Oil needed changed.Used to be good but not the same.And the cod was mostly batter no fish.Very disappointed with our meal it was tastless and bland.Don't think we'll be back,unless it improves.

Ordered online and collected. Very quick and the food was good and very reasonably priced compared to other local chippies
They use Polystyrene trays for the chips and steam made the chips soggy.Some hard weren't cooked and anemic looking.Oil needed changed.Used to be good but not the same.And the cod was mostly batter no fish.Very disappointed with our meal it was tastless and bland.Don't think we'll be back,unless it improves.

Ordered food from doury frier and it took near 2 hours for it to arrive and the driver had given my bottles of coke to the previous delievery order so I was left without drinks because of their incompetence. Very disappointed in my order this evening ?

I ordered for delivery. The staff member on the phone was really friendly. I ordered a sausage supper, 8 chicken nuggets and a bottle of coke zero. The total came to around £11. Not bad in my eyes. The food tasted amazing.\\n\\nThe only downside I had was the delivery time. It was around 50 mins. Overall I would definitely recomed The Doury Frier.
