Used to be great friendly place but recently hasn't been that good at all! Some of the new staff (not all) have no care or interest in what they are doing, literally throwing your order together with a attitude from hell! Zero customer service skills. Broken cooler means not chilled bottles, server didn't point this out until I had paid. Overall increasingly disappointing.(Edit)Changing this to 1 star, some members of the staff need training or shown how not to be unpleasant and rude!

Staff is sharp and very bad customer service....... when I said to tge female member of staff who was taking orders that she was being sharp with myself, her reason was because she is busy. She had far to much to say, as I had to say 3 times just give me my sandwichs, that's all I want....... Then she said I tell you what I'll leave them here for someone else. I will never ever be back in your branch again

I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the female server on the counter in ballymoney today . I appreciate that the store was busy at approximately 3pm, but courtesy and good manners cost nothing and the girl making up the sandwiches had neither ! I have no complaints about the standard of the food, or any of the others that added the salads etc but the girl at the initial order stage is no advertisement for a welcoming environment for any business !

Visited subway on Wednesday food was 100% sometimes I do find the staff in there can be abit scarce with the fillings but food was good. The new look is great. This is probably my 3rd visit in 2 months. Everytime I've had to ask the staff to clean out table of crumbs and sauce they don't seem to have someone free to go and clean a table once it's empty. Another thing that really bothers me is I order 3 separate meals and they put two of the subs on 1 plastic bowl why? I don't get this why would 2 people sit and hover over 1 plastic bowl makes no sense and it's been done on all 3 occasions it makes me think they don't have enough plastic bowls or they can't be bothered cleaning too many ? if they could just sort out these few issues it would be a great place....possibly understaffed. I think it changed management recently so maybe not being run as well
Ordered steak and cheese sub didn't o peppers was in steak couldn't eat it as dont like peppers

I called to the Ballymoney Subway with my mum. My mum is gluten free. The staff member was so helpful and obliging to us and nothing was too much for her. She was very good at recommending different foods to us. She also regularly tested the temperature of food with the thermometer.
