Inedible and SO LATE Ordered food at 6:20, had to phone at 8:10 to see where our order was and it was delivered at 8:25pm. There was an apology but no mention when we ordered that the restaurant was being prioritised and there would be a long delay, otherwise we’d not have ordered. Food arrived cooler than luke warm and was so heavily spiced it was inedible. ( same dishes we’ve had from this restaurant before so not a case of us not coping with spicy food). Really disappointed at the poor customer service this evening.

So disappointed tonight, my food arrived barely warm , we do not order hot food esp indian to be barely warm , I dont have a microwave and nor should I be expected to heat my food up , for once the driver was early, which beggars belief, was it sent out of the restaurant even hot , I think not, if the rice isn't heated properly that's a health hazard... I have wasted money on a not even substandard meal .Bokara needs to invest in getting this right , sitting in for a meal is very different to what you bare expected to receive at home, Bokara needs to invest in proper thermal holders fof food esp if being transported all over tye town before you even geg yours , your food is not cheap , soooo disappointed!

Got takeaway tonight. Very poor standard. From leaving shop to arriving home 6 mins. Chips under cooked and cold. Nann bread cold and popadoms soft. Won’t be back

We stopped here with family and friends for a bite to eat in Apr23 (2 long tables were booked for around 25 to 30 people). The food was nice, hot and tasty and the staff polite and friendly and took good care of everyone and our tables. All was good with our visit

Got a takeaway for the first time from here. I didn't want to like it as I have been going elsewhere for years, but wow! Food was amazing! Can't comment on the atmosphere too much apart from it was busy when I got there but the food was so damn good!
