Such a nice chippy but the customer service is shocking. They mixed up our order which is fine, mistakes happen, which meant we’ve had to wait 2+ hours for our food. Rang to politely ask where our food was and the woman was rude and abruptly hung up the phone. It’s a shame since the food is nice, but the customer service would put you off ordering from them again.

The girl taking the order was not so pleasant. I asked for a well done fish to be told their cooked, on opening the fish it was not well done and full of grease. The onion rings and the chips were cold. Not a happy customer. I will not be back to the Bangor shop.

First time we've had a meal delivered but unfortunately one small chip as oppose to two large chip were delivered. Not something I'm going to lose sleep over but left us short of food as well as being short-changed.
Gorgeous traditional fish supper - can't beat it! Plus I've had their pastie - nearly as good as that chippy beside the amusements and the court house? Whatever happened to that wee brilliant chippy and their homemade pasties with a kick?! ❤

I have tried calling this place 19 times to cancel my order. It’s just a pathetic on hold music playing for 3 minutes then tells you to clear off!!! This is very disappointing that you can’t even answer a call!! You’ve just wasted making the food etc. absolute shambles.

I did not visit the restaurant itself . I ordered an online delivery. I was very impressed with the size of the portion with regard to fish and chips. I will order from them again.

Got a fish supper few days ago very slow service while I was waiting the server kept touching her hair and face them lifted my fish up from the chips to salt it with the same hand and the fish I returned back to the shop. As it was pure rubber I couldn’t eat it I contacted Stuart’s miller I’m still waiting on a refund so I won’t be going back ur staff need hygiene trained 11.50 binnedVegetarian options: Plenty on the menue

I noticed its a 4 star rating, im sure used to state 5. Often call in, never have the fish as just not liking the taste or the batter..months now never a fan. But the chips are overall good. Ive often gotten scraps though in amongst decent chips, i note the price is now £4 for large chip / fish nearly £7. Thats standard really..you don't get a great many chips..enough..but well England you get tons. 1 bag, back in June, literally was almost going to take them back, all the chips were just couldnt eat them / unlucky i guess / should of taken them back really / but overall decent enough chips so recommend them at least. 4 x in the last ..6months...so..aware thats not a lot..but if your ordering eg, my case 6 sausages as well as chips etc ( the sausages i do like btw )..only gave 4...this happens to me whenever i order something a bit more - for the family - just dont seem to get it right....so...next time..check.. But again, minor quibble really. Am keen to know why down to a 4star though.
