Staff pleasant, coffee good but chocolate brownie was most definitely stale and tasted as though it had been sitting on display for at least a week. At 2.60 a waste of money and disappointment. I will not be back.

Coffee and cakes were good. As we sat we noticed that tables were very slow to be cleared and they were not cleaned.some customers had to ask staff to clean their table. Two staff clearing so shouldn't have been a problem. .That's why 2 stars have been given for service.

Lovely ham and cheese toasty with tea enjoyed with a few colleagues..I know it's the wrong time of year but the guy who served me looked like he'd just swallowed a wasp...no smiles, it's not difficult ?

Well used cafe with a nice vibe.

Visit here on many occasions due to ideal location. Food always good, with great coffee. Sadly on this occasion service was efficient but not friendly, such a shame as everything else very good.

The first girl who was on checkout was so lovely that I'm sorry to leave this review but the coffee tasted of hot milk and when I asked for an extra pump of the syrup to try and save it from the barista she rolled her eyes at me and went behind the counter in a huff. To be honest it tasted no different and I didn't drink it in the end. Waste of money and a horrible woman.

The usual Costa outlet but could improve housekeeping.

I find most Costa Coffees the same. Just average. Had a salted caramel brownie and a banana pecan nut loaf. Along with a choc hazelnut frappé and a mocha. The drinks were great, nice flavours. My mocha was not sweet like some places make them. The mocha was hot, I do like a hot drink to be hot and not warm. The traybakes were both very dry. The brownie had a slight chewy centre but mostly dry. The banana and pecan nut loaf was dry, did not taste much banana and this slice had way too much pecan in it.Overall, an average experience, staff seemed a bit annoyed with the amount of people in it. No smiles, no friendly greetings, and it did take some time to make the one drink. I did get the mocha but the frappe did take a while. The person that made it did start it, but then started making other drinks, packed two trays and then realised they forgot to continue making the frappé.The pricing is not worth it as it set me back around £15 for small drinks and two traybakes.Parking: Parking is by Lidl and you have to walk over at crossings to get to Costa.
