My girlfriend and I had our very first date at this restaurant, and now, nearly 5 years later, I decided to contact them with a special request. I wanted to propose to her in the same place where our journey began. What an amazing place. Went for dinner upstairs and then drinks downstairs. The meals are phenomenal, all freshly cooked and full of flavour. The menu has an amazing selection with a great choice of starters and mains, and then deserts. The bar downstairs is cozy and comfortable with a great selection of beers and wines. Outside is a large seating area. Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere.

Such a fun spot right on the water. We enjoyed some good banter with the bartender, who also guided me on a tour of some Irish whiskeys. The food portions were large and we left satisfied and very pleased with the experience. It's an incredibly busy restaurant, so booking ahead is a must. That being said, we only waited 30min for a table.
