It's very easy to say how good something is. But this restaurant is outstanding. The food, service and general ambiance is second to none. The chef Alex Greene has compiled a menu second to none. The food is exceptional.
Superb fine dining experience. This is truly a top end resturant that operates as such. The tasting menu is without a weak link. Wine list is really well curated. If you have the chance to visit do so and you will have a dining experience that is on par with the best of establisments in this bracket on the continent. Hope to return soon for a reprise.

We, friends, family and visiting guests for over 25yrs. I won a menu prize in the 80's ? and I friend and I ate, stupendously as a result of the reward. My daughter was proposed to in Deane's and I had my 60th Birthday celebrations there. I once fell on Michael's lap, hobbling on too high heels and he, his wife Kate and I couldn't do anything but laugh. This is a formidable man, mentor and a tribute to Belfast food.
