Food was grand but might want to explain to delivery drivers that reason delivery is paid is for them to deliver to ur door not ring you and tell you to come out and get it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Last night we ordered almost £40 of food only for none of it to arrive. On the pizza tracker it said delivered, however we got no food. We rang the store several times to try ask where our food was with no answer. Upon calling this morning they are very hesitant to refund us and it doesn’t look likely. This is disgraceful and I am disappointed in Dominos as a whole franchise.

Placed order via app and rang after ordering to ask food be well done. Staff said no problem, food arrived pale as ghost. I rang yo enquire and was told “they don’t do food well done on weekends” well why was I told that was fine previously. This is ridiculous why pay for something that can’t be cooked…

Another amazing experience by using the app. I have never been able to find any fault with Doninoes as the service and the quality of the pizza is amazing! The only criticism I would say is that it is expensive but you certainly do get what you pay for!
