I entered the drive thru and the chap who took my order seemed confused so I asked him to repeat it and as he got it right I was confident in getting the correct food.\\nAlthough there were only 2 cars in front of me it took almost 10 minutes to get to the window and when I got there the young lady was talking to someone in the drive thru while my food sat beside her .After a couple of minutes she opened the window and I suggested that it might have been an idea to pause the conversation and serve food. She became very nasty and and made the comment \\\"You don't know what it's like working here\\\"\\nWhen I asked to speak to the manager she said it was her and slammed the window shut.\\nI only wish I had read last few reviews before going but if any management read this I fear for KFC if this is the calibre of managers they employ\\nFood order was totally wrong and cold\\nWill NEVER EVER be back

Wrong order received after ordering through kfc app. Phoned restaurant about 20 times, no answer. Contacted Deliveroo who were useless. Contacted kfc care squad who just tell you to contact Deliveroo. Spent £25 to receive wrong food with no way to get it resolved. Was also meant to receive first bucket on us promo which wasn’t received. And to top it off we all had bad stomachs after eating some of what we did receive. Absolute shambles!

Drive through. Last night ordered family feast 2 large gravy and popcorn chicken. Opened it when partner got home. Inside was 4 tiny portions of fries 2 half pots gravy and 10 drumsticks I hate drumsticks. It went into to garden for the dogs. Never again AVOID.

The place was dirty , around the till area and tables not cleaned or cleared, staff standing about doing nothing !!!!! needs a new manager to get staff to work place wasn’t busy and service slow as staff standing about ! I love kfc but wont be back in this one fries ? we’re cold to

Now this is both good and bad. The way this was resolved by the actual staff was good.I placed an app order and decided to have the food delivered as I was already comfortable and did not want to get dressed just to pick up the food. I never have ordered through for delivery and always pick up. It said 20 to 30 minutes.I waited, waited, waited and waited. I contacted the KFC Deliveroo line and was told that a driver was there. I argued that the food had been standing for over 40 minutes and then was told there was no driver at KFC. I cancelled the order and then decided to get dressed, jump in the car and go check on my order. I got to KFC to see if the order was cancelled. I was told that my order was picked up after 3 or more different persons came to collect with no ticket. The food was collected 20 minutes before I arrived there. I stay less than a 10 minute cycle from KFC so the food should have been there.The staff were apologetic and made up the order again for me. It was made fresh to go and very helpful.Don't order for delivery....rather pick up. Hard lesson learnt but now I know never to use Deliveroo again.

Food was hot unlike other KFC stores.Staff very attentive and nothing was too much effort for them.. real credit to the franchise owner

Went to the window and asked for 2 x 99p hot wings. They charged £1.19 for these. When I questioned the price difference from what was advertised I was told 'the mananager just never got round to changing the price on the Ad'. Last I knew it was a criminal offence under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Standards 2008 act to sell food or drink not as described.

£10 for a box meal and this is a fully dressed burger inside the box??
The food here is awful, overcooked annd greasy, the staff are even worse they stand around chatting doing nothing. The male staff are very inappropriate with the way to talk to female customers and even worse with the female staff. Staff are rude, lazy and the place is dirty.

Was there on Tuesday evening the place was absolutely disgusting. Couldn't find a clean table to eat from, had to ask for something to wipe my own table down. Every table had grease, salt and solid food debris on it.Wouldn't be so bad if the place was busy but there were zero customers a lot of the time I was there and rather than come out and clean/tidy the disgusting eating area, the staff all group together behind the counter, talking and on phones. Not one clean table in the place. It really needs a manager! Revolting place to eat your food and to be just watched cleaning down my own table after the last person to use it makes me mad. They do no work in there!

Easy to order via app and collect. Good service, easy access to drive through. Have a sit in restaurant and have good chicken options. Have good desserts and side dishes. Supportive staff and convenient location. Car parking is slightly tight.

went to the drive through and tried to order a hot wing meal and twister wrap meal but the young guy who served me with brown hair and glasses put our order down as a hot wing meal and a dip. when corrected about this he didn't apologise and instead acted as though i was in the wrong and loudly complained about me being in the wrong to his manager when i was sitting right there!! the manager was very professional and resolved the issue ignoring his rude comments about me. also noticed several other people in the car park had to go in because their orders were wrong, probably because of him. there was also a black hair in the hot wings. good food despite the disappointing service
