Now this is both good and bad. The way this was resolved by the actual staff was good.I placed an app order and decided to have the food delivered as I was already comfortable and did not want to get dressed just to pick up the food. I never have ordered through for delivery and always pick up. It said 20 to 30 minutes.I waited, waited, waited and waited. I contacted the KFC Deliveroo line and was told that a driver was there. Easy to order via app and collect. Good service, easy access to drive through. Have a sit in restaurant and have good chicken options. Have good desserts and side dishes. Supportive staff and convenient location. Car parking is slightly tight.

went to the drive through and tried to order a hot wing meal and twister wrap meal but the young guy who served me with brown hair and glasses put our order down as a hot wing meal and a dip. when corrected about this he didn't apologise and instead acted as though i was in the wrong and loudly complained about me being in the wrong to his manager when i was sitting right there!! the manager was very professional and resolved the issue ignoring his rude comments about me. also...read full review
