I have only recently bought a coffee machine so I've only been in the boutique a few times over the last few months but every time I have been in, the staff have been absolutely lovely. The layout of the shop is great too, it's quite spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. So glad we have a boutique in Belfast and I can go in and grab a box or two when I've unexpectedly ran out!

Very disappointed never been to shop and you would like to change you get told no can't, very poor poor customer vibes my partner is a alcohol clean and they give him a whisky coffee not helping 3 boxes did go in the bin if want to make business need to keep your customer happy to bring them back .

Twice before I’ve had to go in and add my wife’s name to my account which seems to work for a month or two ok but today she was refused service for the third time. Nespresso staff anything but helpful, I’ve held a personal and business account with Nespresso for 10+ years and I’ve given up now and will just close the accounts and source compatible pods elsewhere.

I visited the store yesterday (4th March 2023) with my partner and was blown away by the service.The young woman called Emma was absolutely fantastic. She was able to walk my partner through the differences in each of the coffees and explained all about the subscription service and how best to avail of it and future offers.It's quite a busy store with only two people on the counter but Emma took her time and didn't rush anything. She made sure to look after us and gave us her full attention even when a customer behind us was trying to get her attention. The young man who was working alongside her was very aware of where the coffee was sourced from as I over heard him telling another customer while Emma was with my partner.Lovely, friendly staff and would gladly go back again.Nespresso needs to give these a raise or at least a free machine!

Visited 04.03.23.Emma was the assistant who helped me out and she was fantastic. Took the time to explain in detail about the Nespresso subscription and how it worked out financially viable considering the amount of coffee I was buying.Fantastic customer service. A credit to the company and store!
I visit this store 2-3 times a month, Clare and Victor are always on hand to make sure I receive an exceptional level of service and also a knowledge of each coffee blend, the product is also outstanding so I’m glad I purchased from these guys.10/10 experience each visit, massively recommend to any coffee fans in Belfast! ?
