I visited the store yesterday (4th March 2023) with my partner and was blown away by the service.The young woman called Emma was absolutely fantastic. She was able to walk my partner through the differences in each of the coffees and explained all about the subscription service and how best to avail of it and future offers.It's quite a busy store with only two people on the counter but Emma took her time and didn't rush anything. Visited 04.03.23.Emma was the assistant who helped me out and she was fantastic. Took the time to explain in detail about the Nespresso subscription and how it worked out financially viable considering the amount of coffee I was buying.Fantastic customer service. A credit to the company and store!

I have only recently bought a coffee machine so I've only been in the boutique a few times over the last few months but every time I have been in, the staff have been absolutely lovely. The layout of the shop is great too, it's quite spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. So glad we have a boutique in Belfast and I can go in and grab a box or two when I've unexpectedly ran out!
